Well I just got a taste of what's to come. Power just went out for about a half hour, but magically came back. I've been told the expected time of when everything is going to get crazy is 6 or 7pm tonight, so I don't expect to have power tomorrow.

Yeah, I'm lucky that I'm in the middle of the island, so the worst for me could be a couple of days without power. I had no power for about 3 1/2 days from Irene, so being a tropical storm with a nor-easter type storm won't be any better. Hope everything comes out dry for you and your family Mark.

Maybe some way of having the first post of a thread be on top of each new page. That way sign-ups and other important info will be seen by anyone on any page, and people who are to lazy to go back don't have any excuse. Another thing would be to maybe bring back those blog pages. I thought it would be cool to have a weekely update for racing to show developments in the points series and stuff. Also maybe get that watered down Photoshop back if possible. And where did the arcade go?

Just found this on Monster Jam. Seems they made a list of all the trucks from Hot Wheels all the way back to 2001. The 2011-12 Lists also have some pictures of the trucks. They all have a check list that you can print out so you can keep track of everything. So yeah. Link: Click Here

I guess I'll share. Starting from Sketchup and on. Hopefully this won't be too long. First track, way over sized. (Racing lanes were 55 feet wide) Second track, too small. Last things from Sketchup: All car models: Last and only released track: (Seemed to lag some people) Now for Blender. I'll just skip a head to my most recent track: Well there ya go. 2ish years of work up to now. Oh and I made a few truck paints: I think there was a third version, but I don't feel like digging it out.

I had been thinking of some sort of guide for drivers eligible for the Finals. Of course based around a core being the points series. Something like defending champions are locked in if they are in the top __ in points. Or past champions are locked in if they are in the top __ in points. That way past champions like Madusa, who have fallen back in competion today still are recognized, but aren't guarenteed a return just soley becasue of their past. I do think the World Finals field should remain at 24 or expand. There is a lot more talent today, and not enough to contain in a 16 truck field. Considering you already have big stadium shows with 16 trucks in you points series concept. Also a lot could be reincorporated from TNN Monster Jam, such as how the Thunder Nationals Champion was admitted to the World Finals field (I think that's how it worked).

Ehh, many people say that. From what I've seen from quotes by Dave (from here): February Stars: "Just a song about hanging on by the tips of your fingers and hoping you don't slip and fall." Really? I've read that "Friend of a Friend" was the only song about Kurt. Well, some of the newer songs from Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace and Wasting Light did mention Dave's past with Kurt, but I think that's it.
