So what happened with Mike and Collette?

Interesting... be odd if they even lost the sponsorship. I figured if they tested enough it should be good. Damn shame if it never comes to be
Also an April Minny show and a return to Lincoln Financial Field in May are listed

-Gets cut from Monster Jam
-Returns in a new truck that he can make his own, and run stadiums as well as summer events
-Still in Monster Jam
Win? Win. Would love to see this square off against Bad Company

Finally updated my huge fokin list. Only did two shows this year, right now only got the two Atlanta shows on my schedule. A lot depends where the hell I'll be come August next year
-
So far I just have the two Atlanta shows.... because Monster Jam hasn't announced Knoxville or Chattanooga and no other promoter can be arsed to come anywhere near here.

It doesnt cost indies to run FELD bodies, they actually get paid a little extra but it does suck that indie names are being pushed out. But indies have the option if asked by feld to say no as well
The only one I'm upset at really is Rage being replaced because Cory Rummell genuinely is a top contender to be in the World Finals but now I'm betting his chances are less likely since they'll focus more on Camden.
Still, good they don't have to pay for the bodies. And they aren't (and hopefully won't be) bound to contracts where they can only run FELD events even if they convert to their post-winter identities -

FELD wants their bodies/names used because Monster Jam is their product and their shows have the most exposure for monster trucks. Think more in kin with the BKT tire debacle.
At least I hope the Indie teams don’t have to pay out of pocket to use the bodies

Yes, but that new stadium is literally sex.
A work of modern art. It's quite the spectacle honestly, Atlanta's done good with its new sports facilities (this and SunTrust Park). I'll get to see MBS for the first time come February and see how Monster Jam does in the new building

Damn shame Buddy's taking a leave of absence, he was just starting to get stellar behind the wheel but I understand his decision. Now leaves the question of who will drive Megalodon in his place next year
-
It appears in 2018 an ETL body will be ran on the Hooked chassis
Also NEA/Zombie in Brazil are on Storm Damage and Hurricane Force

I’m starting to think the Scooby contract will be over in the next couple years. I mean Nicole left, they had Brianna killing it but she’s in Whiplash, now you got all these new drivers in and it’s becoming musical chairs

So apparently there's a show happening tonight and tomorrow at the BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, IL, which is kinda close to where I live at, but sadly I'm unable to see it. I at least got to meet the driver for Grave Digger #31, which is Brandon Vinson, since he had the truck parked for display over at the Metro PCS store just a few minutes away from my home in Loves Park. Thankfully I got an autograph from him and asked him a few questions, and apparently he actually plays Rigs of Rods, which took me by surprise. As for the other drivers for the event there, Monster Jam's site provided this: " Master of Disaster driven by Paul Strong, Max-D driven by Jared Eichelberger, Mutant driven by Steven Sims, Rage driven by Cory Rummell, Stinger driven by Zane Rettew, Wrecking Crew driven by Mike Thompson. "
So this is Brandon’s first show driving Digger I believe?

Damn already cranked out and the truck's less than a week old (and really other than paint is there much else to do? It's pretty much a reskinned Hooligan)

Truck about a song named after a character with a split personality... yet they don't do a different design for each side of the truck?
Still more effort in the design than effort put into the lyrics of the song it’s based on

Well at least the Hooligan story didn’t end as soon as it began
