  1. No, it's not. Unless of course one wishes to use it for such events, I haven't an issue with that. Lol. I just named it after Allmonster.com. The site which many of my MTM2 friends founded/are apart of. Especially Robby Haught. Robby and I duked it out ever since starting league racing in MTM2 (we both started relatively the same time). Robby gave me much insight on track building in MTM2, beta'd nearly every track I made in MTM2, named a layout for one of my tracks, and ran the highly successful NTNT league in MTM2. He also founded Allmonster.com, and is responsible for the new replay timing system in Monster Jam.

Some of my other MTM2 buddies are also involved with Allmonster: Chris Kaelin used to race for my MTM2 team IRT, Dustin Hart helped me with tracks, Kyle Carr, and our very own Josh Rhodes, just to name a few.

I love those guys, and support Allmonster. I just wanted to attempt to do something different and perhaps special with this track.

  2. Hood is mismapped, the tone for black is a bit too dark to be shaded (i think) and the headlight image is a bit skewed. other then that that's great

Jesus Christ... Just tell them it looks good and leave it at that.

Some people ask for constructive criticism saying they prefer honesty to what their work/projects look like. So when someone comes along just stating that some things could be touched up in an attempt to encourage the creator in the project that is being developed, that very person gets criticized/told to shut up?

  3. I had a similar problem with corrupt data when I first started playing. Mostly because I used a cheap PNY flash drive that I put my data on (before cloud storage) when I would game at a friends house. I don't think that flash drive liked my friends old xboxt and atleast three times my data corrupted before level 50. Now I'm almost level 100. I hope you all Get the issue sorted out.

I enjoy playing tag (infection) with my friend. On my own I turn to the American Muscle drags. I've got a car I can't be beat in (unless I fumble up the start) that I hit 10.194 on the qm with. I also have a number of designs and liveries on my storefront. Just look for my gt IXI 2XTREME IXI.

  4. Usually whenever I have a file that refuses to disappear after I try to delete it, I give my computer a restart. Also, I would locate the V3 files/right click on the file/select delete/click on delete while holding shift. That way you bypass the recycle bin and delete the file straight away. Don't know if it will help, but that's my suggestion.

  5. I don't think you people realize how sensitive a topic V5 truly is. How much so I can only imagine. V4 hasn't even been released yet, and we already have inquiries into a 5th incarnation? Jesus. Joking or not, as a creator, I can understand where it's unwanted.

The V4 crew have put a lot of time, and effort into this. This pack was created on their schedules, on their off time. It brought frustration, and exhaustion. As it has been said by members of the V4 staff, they did this for their love of the game and love of the sport. Yet, what starts off as a fun hobby can turn into an annoying burden. They didn't have to embark on this gigantic endeavor. Yet, they did so anyway. They didn't have to do this for us. They don't get paid to do this, and often times in can feel thankless, and empty.

Many of you may not know just how much work went into the creation of this pack. A lot of you haven't even attempted making content for this game. Some of you may just be getting your feet wet in the area. Right now, all the V4 staff want is to be able to finally get this thing out the door. To kick back, relax, and actually have some fun with these creations. That is why V5 is a touchy subject. So before ya'll start getting your feelings hurt over being asked not to discuss future truck packs, or for being reprimanded over the discussion of such a topic, think about all the work and effort that went into this, and show a little respect to the ones that created this pack for you in the first place.

That being said: V4 staff. I thank you for this pack. I only know bits and pieces of the process that went into V4's creation. I can only imagine how much work, detail, time, and effort went into this. It blows me away to look at these trucks/tracks, and see how accurate, realistic, and detailed they are. I have no idea how you all have achieved this level of excellence and detail with all of these creations. You all have done yourself proud. Fantastic work to you all. Thanks for the content you have created that allows us to enjoy this game.

Thank you, and job well done!

  6. A quick preview of the center hit I refer to as "Ground Zero" on RCS. After chatting with PC about ideas/changes I could make on the track, I filled in the gaps of the take-off and landing ramps with dirt. This is the result as of now and is subject to change. Eventually, lots more freestyle hits, and transitions will be added. As for now, I'm taking a break on this piece and will pick it back up sometime after V4's release.

Also, a quick preview video. Nothing special. Just showcasing the various ways you can hit this setup. I hope to create better preview vids under a Demolition Track Creations YouTube channel soon, along with purchasing Fraps.

  7. Who needs Activision when you have Sim-monsters? Guaranteed if a decent MJ game came out for PC or consoles it won't be open source. Therefore, no addons. On topic: I wanted to send my greetings. However I only read page 1 and now realize you sent the letter almost a month ago. Epic fail on my part *FACEPALM*.

  8. Eh don't worry about Taft. For God's sake the man has pictures that he admits he scanned from magazines that he bought, plus books that I've read (like The Ultimate Book of Monster Trucks). I seriously doubt that he wrote the authors/photographers before he scanned them/put them on his site.

No disrespect to the guy. I love his site and collection of photos. I seriously doubt he, or a band of crowbar wielding dark suits will pay anyone a visit...

  9. PC, I got lots I want to throw on this track. As much as I want to continue to whittle away at it, I wanna take a break to stew over some FS obstacles. If you gotta any ideas in mind though, I welcome them! :D

As far as room outside the core middle jump (which if you didn't guess doubles as the racing jump/main freestyle pyramid), the track is banked all the way around. Where you see the first cars before the take off of the racing jumps, and the first cars after the landing pads is where the banking begins. Mostly I'm focusing on the big grassy patches to be the site of most of the FS pyramids. Again, I welcome any ideas.
