Yes you can just Don't mod the truck in anyway that'll get you banned. as in motor,shock,grip, Ect, Setting's.

i use full Frap's, and Zd soft. with Zd soft you get a full 30 day free trial and i have no lag with it at all and i'm on a laptop.
