  1. I'm sure I'll be creating something for this game when I can put an afternoon away to play with Blender Shoe. I was looking at the tutorial video on here and conferencing with Mark about how easy it is to use once the hang of things is reached, I'm sure I'll be able to handle it. Keep up the amazing efforts guys!
  2. Oh I'd agree you've done a fantastic job! Figured I'd point it out though. I'm a ways off from attempting anything like that just yet.
  3. I'd still try to shrink that stadium down coconut. It's a little bit out of scale in comparison to the MTM2 one I made. How did you texture it so quick?
  4. I'm flattered people are remaking my stuff from MTM2. The PPRL WF2 Stadium looks good. I'd agree with Cidra though it needs to be narrowed down and shortened a little bit. I made that stadium up to mimic Sam Boyd in looks and apperance. Keep up the great work guys! I expect a beta!!!
  5. Mark that looks fantastic! I knew you were going to hit a homerun with that track!
  6. Hey Guys, Curious what the differences are between .37 through .39 I keep seeing people reference around here. I run .37 on my at home computer and .38 on my work machine. Do you have to run the latest version in order to race? Do people have preferences? Just curious. I ran a quick search and didn't see a fast answer so I figured I'd post. Thanks!!!
  7. I feel like Hagerstown is a bit outdated to be holding events. The freestyles take forever to get from obstacle to obstacle from the vids I watched. I'm sure the racing is just as good as its has been though.
  8. You can't have every Monster Truck promotion merge with Monster Jam. It's healthy to have competition within the market. Granted Monster X really doesn't even hold a candle to what Monster Jam is doing these days. It really is a good outlet for non-spec trucks to make a living and enjoy themselves. Not every team that wants to run these days can afford to compete at a Monster Jam event. That's where Monster X, CFP and other promotions thrive. Just how the buisness works.
  9. I don't know about that. I certainly wouldn't rule out an event or two at some point. But a league? Nope. I no longer live the sheltered life that allowed me so much time to spend on PPRL. Are there any other Leafers out there besides the one Taurus uploaded to here? I absoultely love how realistic it handles. Unlike in MTM2 where nothing ever bounced this does and all over the place! I feel like a league with leafer trucks would actually be fun now. I love the remakes of the old MTM2 tracks though. Mark you've done a wonderful job on the ones I've created over the years. I'd love to see you remake a PPRL World Finals one at some point! I'll have to see if I can do a track or two here or there. It'd certainly be fun to get back into doing that with the unlimited colors and much more powerful gaming engine. We'll see!
  10. Oh its going good Roach. We're doing a big fancy wedding on March 23rd next year (no not in Vegas blah). I've done more traveling in the past year then I have ever in my life. It's been an absolute blast. Glad to see there's an abundance of the people I remember still kicking after a few years. I was pretty critical of the direction RoR was going when MTM2 was phasing out and clearly I was wrong about a few things. I really am excited by what I see here. I remember writing a post back on Vales in probably 06 about how a sim just like this needed to come to fruition. And welp, it has. I'd love to give racing a shot when season three starts up. I'm not sure how often I'd be running (probably a partial schedule) but it'd be really neat to get back into the swing of things. Are there other leagues out there or just this one? I remember Dig was doing a KoTH type series two years ago.
  11. Shoes San Marco looks amazing. Really neat to see how well that converted over.
  12. Hey Guys, Dave Collard here from back in the MTM2 days. The progress being made with the RoR game has been remarkable in the past year. Anyone care to get me up to speed as to whats been happening? I miss the old days from MTM2 and the people. How many of you have made the switch over? I've been sort of closet playing the game since my fiance's Autistic cousin started coming over my house and asking about Monster Truck games (big fan he is). It's a lot of fun! He's got it on his lap top at home and what not. Love to hear from y'all! Dave
