I'm super excited. Got 2nd row seats.
Man, you're super lucky. Must be a packed house this weekend. I heard seats are hard to find these days.
-
So I'm trying to make an accumulative line up in Montreal
I've got:
Bounty Hunter- Jimmy Creten
Knucklehead- Zoltan Bathory (I assume)
Weapon 1- Matt Cody
Black Stallion- Micheal Vaters
Overkill Evolution- Mikey Vaters
Higher Education- Jimmy Tracey
Hurricane Force- Steven Thompson
Storm Damage- Tim Mente
Instigator- Paul Breaud
Backdraft- Ty Cornelius
Avenger- Jim Koehler
Brutus?- Brad Allen (I assume)
Who are the other two trucks?
Nitro Menace and Freedom Keeper are the other two trucks.
what happened to the brass knuckle in the mouth? Now it just looks like it has a stupid expression on its face.
Not sure if they're done yet, but last I know, they were contemplating on what kind of material to use for them.

I thought Matt Cody is driving Black Stallion?
Matt ran the Safety-Kleen Black Stallion body on the Iron Warrior chassis during the first quarter because of the deal that Mike had with Feld to run the Monster Mutt Rottweiler body on the Black Stallion chassis. Mike will mainly drive Stallion during the summer with Matt driving Iron Warrior, but there will be a few shows where Matt runs the Stallion body on the Warrior chassis (ex. Erie, PA).

i didn't want to, but it has to be done...
I have a fuel cell mount model. You'll need it because the fuel cells don't mount onto metal or diamond plate.

Apocalypse is coming to IMTRS... I did not make this truck but the creator's name as well as driver remains a secret With or without graphics??
Keep the graphics on it, but move the logo down more to the side of the body. Looks... odd as it is right now.
-
But you indy people dont like to see rollovers though
Well... lol
Club Level ftw. of just be awesome and get a suite.
I always get club level seats at MetLife Stadium. The stadium is still pretty much new and club level is amazing, especially when it's 90-something degrees outside and you get to walk into crisp, cool A/C.
Arena shows ftw
They're cool and all... but speedways and fairgrounds are where it's at.

Lowest section towards the 50 yard line is best for a Monster Jam stadium show, IMO.
Lower section seats usually suck for me because I can miss a roll over or something in a certain area because of the freaking tall obstacles that Monster Jam builds now. Top level is always the best for me.
2: I'm assuming based after the Webslinger ride truck?
Exactly. You can see it right here.

Aaron Basl in El Matador?
Daron Basl has been the one who has always driven for Flame Motorsports, unless Aaron also joined the team after driving one of their chassis in #MoreMonsterJam.
As far as I know, Aaron joined Flame and Bryan Wright took his spot on Racesource.

Is Tom Meents doing double duty at the pod shows, driving and doing the stunts?
He isn't at East Rutherford, and more than likely won't at Foxborough, too.
-
Why does East Rutherford get all the cool stuff?
Because of the market it's in.
-
MPG's?
More like GPM.

good thing kozak took pictures
Nice Power Forward.

In my opinion, putting a big name behind something helps make it looks professional (most of the time). It shows that it has big sponsors. It also helps attract a different audience. A 6 year old usually won't know what Monster is, but a teen would. Brings a different audience. It's a good mix- trucks like Scooby brings the kids and trucks like MM and ME bring the older audience. It could also be good for the sponsor- I'm sure that Metal Mulisha has gained a larger following because of how Todd is winning Championships. Overall, putting a big name behind a truck helps to make something look professional. If I am a football player wearing Nike jerseys, it would help me look like a professional football player, because you have professional companies behind you.
I hear ya. I think you should have worded it differently, because having very popular sponsors on board doesn't necessarily make it more "legitimate", but more or less would make it reach out to a broader audience to attract different markets and groups in to watch shows.
-
In my opinion putting bigger names like Metal Mulisha or Monster Energy on trucks helps legitimize the sport. Last year at Eldora, some people were asking Damon as to why they didn't have ME shirts in kids sizes. Pretty obvious as to why.
How does that help legitimize the sport? I'm having a bit of trouble understanding the logic here.

Anyone know who owns Illuminator? It's been sold to Atlanta, Georgia and the name is the same.
It was sold to a husband and wife down in Atlanta, but I have no idea on who they are otherwise.

I think Frank did get a bit underscored for his run because a 17 was just a tad bit harsh for filling all of the time. Even though it was a lackluster performance, 17 seemed low.
On another note, we're already starting a discussion thread for next year's World Finals after this year's concluded 5 days ago? Interesting...

Alright, idea I have,
Since there's no Backflip ramps at all at the end, and they have Perfect room to turn, I have a feeling they're going to do an extra turn at the end. Might be wrong, might be right. The Commercial for it did say Unique Racing & Freestyle Tracks, so..
I highly doubt we'll ever see an extra turn at Vegas. It's been talked about before for many years, but I still don't think they'll do it. Too many risks involved with adding that element to it.
-
That body's not even happening anyway...
-
No, this is going overbored:
This body was before Over Bored anyway. This was my favorite World Finals Avenger body, whereas the white one is... eh. It has great potential, but the bone lettering kills it for me.

So will we be seeing King Krunch & whatever else David has return to Monster Jam?
Depends on if David gets booked by Monster Jam to run their events.
-
I just thought of something: If Stephens is driving Aaron's NEA, then that means Colt will be in a chassis that is part of the team that Scott Stephens started. Pretty cool, huh?
The deal with Flame Motorsports running the NEA Police and Monster Mutt Rottweiler bodies ended after the More Monster Jam tour concluded, so Colt will be driving a CRD chassis with the NEA Police body on it for the YGS.

Me and Adam Anderson played on CIFPO once. Pat Summa also tried it once. I'm trying to see if anyone on our team will try it out.
