If you like Deftones, you should check out Vexes. They're like a slightly heavier version of them:
They also had Mikey from Islander feature on a song:
Islander is pretty heavily inspired by Deftones too and they're my favorite band so check them out too.

Since this is falling off-topic fast and the world finals has already passed I'm going to go ahead and lock the topic. @LeaproY This is not the appropriate place to be requesting tracks by the way. To request a track go to the requests forum and follow the guide (pinned post) for instructions. This being said WF19 has already been requested and multiple people are making their own version so it shouldn't be necessary at this point.
If anyone who went to the meetup wanted to post anything else (photos or whatever) about the meetup, message me and I'll let you post it.

I thought all things considered that encore was pretty cool. I've never seen one tell a story line like that. Ryan also had a killer run which I thought was great to end the event

This gave me a good laugh

I'm going to lock this thread. Having two season threads for the majority of 2018 would be far too annoying and confusing for everyone. Besides If we are going to do this then it would set a precedent of making next years thread every February (which i presume is when the next WF location will be announced each year based on this years events.) I understand it is related to the 2019 season, but at the same time it hass already been discussed in the 2k18 season thread (before dates were released), which should really be used until Q1 stuff starts to come out towards the end of the year.

I'm sorry but I don't think you have a clue what you are talking about. There is literally NO WAY that was designed to be a front flip. If it was, why aren't the dual coils in the back? Why are they only in the front? So the truck could bounce into a rotation. Talking out of your butt isn't cool lol.
Yeah the front-flip ramp requires open space and counterweights below it so that the rear wheels get kicked up, while the ramp used very clearly was filled in underneath and the top of it was set up to collapse kicking the front in the air. I also saw some pictures of it up close and it was very clearly intended to be a back-flip ramp.
It's the same basic concept as this Rhys Millen's back flip ramp from like a decade ago, just more compact.

(you always end up leaving with more than u brought)
I'm not going this year, but I want to go ahead and post that Sam Boyd Stadium adopted the NFL bag policy this year, and all bags that enter the stadium (apart from medical bags, and small bags like a clutch) must be clear.
Here's a link for information: http://www.samboydstadium.com/event-services/bag-policy/
I just wanted to post because It'd suck if you were out there and shuttled to and from the stadium and had to go all the way back to put a bag in your room and miss out on some of the competition. Figured I'd let you guys know.

Soooo whatever happened to Brodozer does anyone know lol
I'm not an expert so take this with a grain of salt, but I heard that they couldn't get the truck mechanically ready in time and are planning to unveil it at Vegas. It hasn't been called off yet because the brothers and Colt Stephens still talk about it, and Monster Jam already has merch for sale on their site for it.

Radoni got the El toro because of the Hispanic market that he would run his equipment. That brand appeals to more of the audience in those markets
I honestly always thought this was genius from a marketing perspective. People like to say FELD has no clue what they're doing but most of their decisions are rooted very strongly in marketing actions that have gotten Monster Jam as popular as it is today.

Last time I tried to post pictures it didn't work but let's try again anyway

call me messed up
but I dont think Macey will do so well this weekend
I mean it's her first time driving since 2016 afaik. I'm not expecting her to go out and outdo everyone but I've seen her drive before and she's not afraid of the trucks. Call me biased or whatever but if they keep her in a seat I think she has a ton of potential in the industry.

1. Crusader by Riffmachine
2. Fire it up by Thousand foot Krutch (used by Backdraft and as a generic song for a few trucks)
3. Titan's theme is Strike Back by WeAsHuman, who i loved until the lead singer cheated on his wife, got caught, and forced the whole band to break up.
4. MULISHA
5. Bullet with Butterfly Wings for River Rat (RIP)
Favorite Metal/Rock bands?

It might be a song from someone I've never heard, but Bring Me the Horizon is probably the biggest band to come out of -core based music. They're newer stuff is like radio rock but going back in their discography they were pretty heavy deathcore and then metalcore.
These are my favorites from them:
