Morgan Kane is your 2016 Racing Champion!

If Morgan wins, then Grave Digger will be the first truck where more than one driver from that same team won the championship.
If Todd wins, this will be the third time in a row that someone defended their racing title. Meents from 2011-2012, Anderson (Adam) from 2013-2014.
All I can say is...
Let's go Morgan!
It'll be the fifth successful defense overall, with Meents being the only one to do it twice, from 2000-2002, and 2011-2012 as you said. John Seasock in Batman did it in 2007 and 2008.

Weird finish to the Digger/MaxD race.

i hope its good this year, last couple of years have been blah
It's racing. The track could have two racing ramps, and turning cars and that's it. That's all they need for racing. For racing the last few years it's looked fine IMO.

randy brown i can see him since he lost his man of steel truck after 1 year because of disney buying the rights to marvel
Superman is not under the banner of Marvel. It's a DC comic.

Just got back from the 7:30 Amsoil series show in Spokane, probably the best event I've seen in that arena. Tyler Menninga in Blue Thunder won Racing and Speedster Obstacle Course(Interesting story here), Morgan Kane and Grave Digger with only a door won wheelies, Coty Saucier in Monster Energy won Donuts, Colton Eichelberger on the Max-D quad won Quad Racing, Blue Thunder, NEA and Monster Energy were involved in a first lap incident, NEA and Blue Thunder were hooked together and took about 4 laps to unhook. Morgan Kane also won head to head Speedster racing and Freestyle, taking the overall event.
But man, that speedster obstacle course was actually pretty cool. Racing in the first round was weak, but the semis and finals picked up with a lot of beating and banging. Final ended up being Blue Thunder and Max-D. Both went in the the first jump and collided together, they went into the first turn pole beating on each other after coming off the dirt pile and Max-D had no room to get around the pole, so he ends up cutting the course.By the second pole they were back side by side, Blue Thunder ends up running it over, Max-D crosses first with Blue Thunder close behind. Colton stops the Speedster, Tyler stops right behind him, Colton throws the speedster in reverse pushing Tyler's speedster back. It's announced Max-D was disqualified due to cutting the course, Colton gets out of the speedster frustrated, and slaps a spike off in frustration. He heads to the pit area and I could see him getting frustrated with an official. Would have loved to have been a fly on the wall for that.

I thought so too, but MJOnline has him listed as driving past that, even up to the last weekend before Vegas.
If they cut Myranda then she may have set the record for the quickest FELD has cut a driver from their roster
According to her Facebook she'll be back in the truck in Denver. But that was 5 days ago, so something could have changed since then? IDK.

Morgan Kane wins the first show in Salt Lake City. I'm exhausted and I'm going to both shows tomorrow so I'll just do a quick wrap up. I haven't been able to follow monsters as much as I'd hoped, so I didn't realize that this was the new gold Max D's debut. There were 3 rollovers, which is as many as I'd seen in the Vivint SmartHome Arena in the past 15 years. They did circle track racing in place of obstacle course. I don't think they've ever done any type of head to head racing besides straight line drags until tonight in the VSHA. NEA rolled in wheelies and wasn't running right after that. Speedsters are okay in the circle track portion and actually pretty exciting for a side act in the obstacle course portion. Morgan and Coty (with one of the three rolls) had probably the two best runs I've seen in that arena and finished 1st and 2nd respectively IIRC. I'm so glad that Feld decided to bring the Amsoil Series shows here. It was great, but admittedly very weird to see the new format after 16 years of wheelies->racing->freestyle with random side acts in between.
I don't think they've done the obstacle course in the trucks at all for the Amsoil series. I know they did circle racing in Tacoma last week. Not sure what they did in Council Bluffs.

Racing and FS from Tacoma at 2 PM.

That Max-D stunt is proof that those ramps shouldn't be that steep.

Here's all the FS runs from Tacoma tonight.

NSFL (Not Safe for Life or Lunch):
They mixed pro-wrestling storylines with monster trucks. I mean, I know the fanbases overlap pretty well, but this is just ridiculous. I love wrestling, but they shouldn't be mixed together, ever. Look at the Monster Truck thing from Halloween Havoc 1995. Prime example of how they shouldn't overlap.
-
TIL they let the fans judge. At least they didn't have all the Digger's and Max-Ds tie.

Just watched Overkill's run and Son-Uva Digger's run......Ryan was ROBBED!!!!
I liked Ryan's better out of the two. But honestly, neither one seemed like a winner. I feel like this type of track just kills momentum, so the runs at least to me seem slower and not as exciting.

According to Twitter Mike Vaters Jr. is the FS champion.
I guess math isn't their social media person's strong point...
-
Wait I'm confused, on twitter the individual scores don't match the total.
I'm as confused as you. First I thought a high and low was taken out, but that's clearly not the case.

You probably should have posted it in this thread: http://sim-monsters.com/index.php?/topic/8327-scrapyardclintx-sound-pack/

Only issue is that for me the grill decal won't appear. Other than that it's a really nice truck.
Also, sorry for not posting a review on the actual file it own't let me do that.

Kyle Busch
in Nascar
I really hope he's okay, I saw this post on twitter too:
SAFER is ~$1million per mile. Inside and outside wall at Daytona would be a little less than $5million. 0.125% of the Daytona Rising cost. The turns and part of the tri-oval already already have the safer barrier on the inside and outside wall. The backstretch also has a safer barrier on the inside wall. So really it would be less than $5 million.

maybe if yall quit complaining and sign up maybe he would of have more sign ups
Kind of hard for people to sign up when they don't know the date it's happening and know if they're free. Also doesn't that he's limiting the truck selection. People want to pick their trucks, not be forced into using one.

Track: Spokane Arena 2015
Name: Spokane, WA 2015
Venue: Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena
Racing Style: Chicago
Replica or Custom: Replica
Date Ran: Febryary 6th, 2015-February 8th 2015
Other Details: The racing used was Chicago style, but as you can see it's a hybrid course, so they also did obstacle ocurse racing and wheelies. I will add more photos and videos when I can find them. Warning, the videos are loud as hell, so turn your sounds down.

That GDTL entry is awful. Saying it's a footprint to first graders is an insult to kids in first grade. I may be able to help, depending if I have time.
