  1. Monster Jam is the safest promotion out there, bar none. My last concern at any of their arena shows is safety, because they make it so comforting for the fans as well as anyone in the pits that safety isn't a "main" concern, per say. And they're not adding more obstacles, because the obstacles they plan on using are going take as much square footage on an arena floor as a standard two car stack/dirt hill set up. And they only say more crashes because it's what gets the fans excited (unfortunately). If there isn't a flashy 3D body or crashing at an event, then the average Monster Jam fan will think the event sucked. Trust me, safety is not a concern here. And the shows are going to kick ass, period. And Monster Jam's standards can be high for an event like this because they've done weeks worth of testing with these drivers, trucks, and tracks; so they can back up their statements.

The adrenaline rush from the intros is what brings me back. Funny, I actually saw a news report of Monster X cancelling a show due to slow ticket sells because an announcer was killed in the same arena back in "09 .There's just been a lot of "risky" actions, especially at WF XV. It will be interesting to see if the jumps are different. It would be nice to a see car jump in Cleveland. They've had dirt jumps since 2013. I'm just curious as to how they mean more obstacles or if it's a play on "more"monsterjam. Thanks for clearing that up. It will also be interesting to see who wins it. It's either going to be McDonough, one of the Basl's, or Kane. IDK about the rookies.

By the way, is Ryan going to be touring with Pablo full-time?

  2. Really? Or was it that you decided to back out once it was proven how ridiculous your statement was? Honestly man can anything make you happy?

Well I sorta backed out just because I didn't see it was ridiculous, I just didn't want to take it any farther and turn this into another "FELD is too dangerous thread". Just stating that arenas aren't stadiums, that's all. Any more news for 2015?

  3. They worry you how?

For one, I've been to The Q (the arena in Cleveland), and it's not very big. How could they add more obstacles? It's becoming too dangerous, especially where the narrator says "more crashes". The other video is more sarcasm, but we don't need a small arena crammed with jumps. More wheelies? There isn't room for more of anything but sky wheelies! Plus most of the shots in the first vid are in stadiums, NOT arenas. FELD's standards are just a little high for an arena show.

  4. Found some vids regarding #MOREMONSTERJAM. They worry me.

Well, looks like FELD might possibly be bringing back the pulling contest, this time with people instead of monster trucks! Also a new update for the mobile app:

Will someone also get Coty some Monster, he'll need it.

  5. $mulah, mulah, mulah$

We need variety! Actually FELD is like overkill when it comes to pricing. $10 for a Hotwheels! I can get 3 at Wal-Mart for the same price! Now that you think about it, everyone's overkill with prices, except the stores.

All I'm seeing this year is just multiple trucks with different drivers. Actually there's 5 ETL's if you count Rodoni's/ extra FELD one.

  6. Okay, interesting to see FELD using David's chassis. Let me restate my question: I understand that MARVEL is gone, but what's happening to Chad & Lee? Doom's Day for one of them and possibly the radio station truck for Lee if he is driving? This is late news I'm pretty sure but it looks like Darren Migues has Freedom Keeper & Menace running with MJ. Checked out Titan's FB page. A few months ago he asked for a monster tank. Maybe he's taking on a new sport. MJ is reintroducing monster tanks and they are scheduled to take place in Houston & Anaheim...

Anyhow Donald might just be busy with his construction business.

Has anyone seen El Paso's line-up? Looks pretty good, but Frank Krmel is driving El Toro. Does Fox Sports not give coverage to that area or what? I see no reason why Cleatus can't compete there.

Check out Monster X's website. They have this song that plays on the home page. It's something I can say I've never seen. Or heard.

Also Bill Braukman is now competing with his wife, who's driving Be Aware. Jeez this post is long.

  7. I kind of have to agree with some of you guys. This year might not be as good as we're hoping. For one, has anyone seen Titan or Flame Motorsports anywhere? What about Joey Parnell or the MARVEL drivers? It just looks like a lot of talented drivers are are either quitting or aren't running with MJ this year. This year might not be as Big as it Gets.

  8. Monster Jam expands even more:

Honestly they're going to be touring in the North Pole for Santa by the end of 2016 by the looks of where their global tour is heading. Speaking of global, will Arnhem have team competition anymore with Marvel dropping out?

Notice how Syracuse, Indianoplis, Anaheim, and Tampa (possibly more) have the same line-ups. Not to mention Houston (with the exception of a few more trucks being added). I think that the prediction of FELD trying out a points system for the regular tour is likely.

Finally, I've noticed a lot of TBA's. NEA especially. Is Norm quitting? Aaron Basl drives NEA, but only in select #moremonsterjam shows. I remember when FELD did this is 2012 with Monster and the new Marvel trucks. I think it's safe to assume that any TBA's with a FELD truck will be filled in with one of the drivers of a Marvel truck (besides Mussawir)

  9. JR should have gotten that PEI over the Summer to return with Razin Kane. As for Donald, I thought he was getting a New CRD...

At the open house, I looked at a white board. It had a line drawn. On half looked to be orders for pieces. Some from FELD. The other looked to be chassis. I'm about 95% sure that McNeal and Epidindio were on that list. Could've been outdated. I do know that they have two chassis sitting in the shop.
