As I said I was an idiot LOL :-D I downloaded the 2nd file (the one that lead to mediafire) instead of the 1st one and it downloaded the file and I am very pleased with it. Good job everyone.

I can't unzip v4. When I click "download" the page brings up 2 buttons both say "0bites"... I figure "ok maybe a fluke on the page", so I download both and when I try to unzip, it say "file invalid". I use RoR .37, I have windows 7, I know the clear/regen cache thing, and I can work a computer, but I think I'm just being an idiot. Can someone help me please?

In retrospect, thats essentially what a monster truck really is anyway lol. But yes, I do agree, its an oversised ATV, would be more suited to race, not jump, but would make a cool offrad racing sport :-)

If you don't know computers very well your not gonna have any fun with that. I don't know you, or saying you don't know computers. Just warning you there is a lot to it, and I imagine it takes alot of time (probably even with blender, I don't know), but just a heads up. In case you ask, no I don't know how to make them, but I have seen how it's done. Just a friendly warning. :-)

Yes I did. It lists the trucks in the menu, but makes the same sound as when its done regening the cache when I try to use the new trucks, and the program freezes. These trucks worked before, they aren't redownload or anything. I just removed them from V3 when I uninstalled it. But I did have to redownload V3 so Max-D would be fixed. Idk how to remove updates or change files, (and wouldn't do it without permission anyway).

I had to completely uninstall and reinstall the V3 pack to fix my max-d, but that meant I lost all my trucks. Particularly mentioning the custom pack which included Colt Cobra (my fav). It seems that though these files worked before, they don't work when I try to reinstall them into V3, but all the contents of the files are still there. This is a similar problem I have when installing new trucks, there are often "missing or empty files". How does this happen?

Lil Tiger probably meant St. Louis, I am thinking. If you live there, you probably call it "St. Lou" or "the STL" as I have known people from there who called it those 2 things. Just an assumption.

I would like to see some 2003-2009 tracks. 2008 was my favorite year for tracks in Monster Jam.

Thats a handy tip Tom P., and Little tiger3, this would be a helpful thread to many people who have questions and concerns about such things. Everyone should read the rules when becoming a member here, I did. But sometimes I have concerns that I did not find in the rules. Like rules for sarcasm, and though trolling is not allowed, I have seen it in the form of sarcasm and have wondered how the rules go for things like that, so long as no harm is intended in said sarcasm.

The problem is, that's what messed up my (and many others) Max-D in the 1st place lol! I did it once today and it messed up, so I re-did my re-do, and got the same result. I never use Avenger, and there is so little difference in 2003-2010 Max-D and 2011 Max-D that I don't particularly care to have an update. Also, I asked Tom Meents on Facebook if Hannah was gonna drive, and he said it's looking to be possible. Now whether or not thats a "fan hope-win" statement or not Idk, but I'm sure it's cause conversations in this thread that will turn the title to be misleading... but thought I'd mention it. So to fix Max-D, see 1st post

I don't know why this never occurd to me, or anyone (if it hasn't occurd to anyone), but fixing Maximum Destruction is simple, it takes some time, but simple. Re-download the V3 pack, and remove anytrucks you want to keep from your old V3 pack that you put in it, then put the new V3 pack in, put in all your extra trucks. Don't install the Max-D update because it will just break Max-D again. It takes a few minutes (if you have a fast or decent computer) so when you are bored, that would be good time to do this. Also, I have been having problems with files not working properly, and once I did this, that has not occurd. Thius may help alot of you in ways I don't even know, so good luck to you all and I hope this was helpful.

This isn't just about the ads. You all should rant and rave about really anything you want. We all need to let it loose sometimes. There is the possibility of arguements, hating and all that, but I don't want to see any of it, or I will have this thread locked. I just want to see what annoys people.

I have never used Firefox, but some people I know use it. In Windows Internet explorer, I can open tabes, put those tabs in new windows and watch 2 sites at once and all that. Can Firefox do that? If so that would be awesome! Is it free? How do I get it? Do you mean no ads on sites either? Because I don't get pop-ups. Ever. But then again, I use safe websites.

I am aware of that, and it wasn't a shot at anyone for placing ads.

All the websites have ads and there are so many now. Even on here. So when I get on Facebook, Sim-Monsters, Youtube, and anywhere else, all the ads slow down my computer. So instead of taking 2 seconds to load a page, it takes almost 10. I know that it was slower in 1997 (when I 1st got internet) and that 10 seconds is medial, but it's still agrivating when I'm in a hurry. Does it do this to anyone else. I've got Cox's fastest grade internet, and a very nice computer. So there's no reason. (No hating on this thread), this is a thread for nonsense rambling about what annoys you. Anything and everything. Ranting, raving, long posts, and complaining, all approved, no hating on each other, and no arguments please, or I will have this thread locked. It's just to complain your heart out, because we all need to.

I', tired of MJ's same monotonous paint schemes, I like pretty tracks. The sick air jump should say World Finals in white or have a giant white WF on it. That would be pretty cool. I also really liked the blue tanker with a yellow smiley on it :-)

Please don't rake offense to my comment on dubstep. I didn't type that correctly. Have been busy and buzzed it. I respect all froms of music, even if it's a genre I'm not fond of. Though dubstep hurts my ears (due to the rapid noises and such) and though I only have 30% hearing in my right ear, I still hear all the sounds and different wave forms they come in, but I still respect it, as it's popular, catchy (even to me sometimes) and awesome Rave music (love Raves), it is still music. And I told my bassist today. Even if you aren't a skilled musician, as long as try and do your best to be the best you can be, you are a good musician ibn my book. Because we all start somehwere, and we all "sucked" at one time. :-) <3

I play bass guitar, rythem and lead guitar, vocals, drums (vocals and drums mostly, but am well inclined in all) and piano/keyboards/effects. Plus I'm a stage/concept designer. I would post pics, but for the life of life, it asks for a URL, my pics are only on Facebook, which is not allowed. I know trolling isn't allowed here, but Sim-Monsters has kinda trolled me on that. :-P I've been playing all of them (and singing) for 10 years. Have played in numerous bands, my current and permenant band is Kadyium, as drummer/vocalist.
