I thought it was cool when Cam did on a ramp not made for that. In fact, I'm sure the track team didn't even think about it when deigning the track. But now it is just another stunt. Like the donut, at 1st it was cool, now its rather uninteresting and overplayed. Every sport will always progress, like the rest of the world. It's whether or not we choose to progress with it, and open our minds to new ideas (or not) that lets us decide if we like it or not. Everything in the world goes through a ridiculous phase (particularly motor sports) and eventually it'll fade out and no one will think anything of it. Monster Jam does kinda suck right now it's always fixed for Max D, but it'll get better I'm sure. Monster X sucks right now too, I see it way too fixed for Bigfoot, but it'll get better. Also in case we progress to tracks, the tracks were basically the same from 1999-2002 with minor changes. They were basically the same from 2003-2007, with minor changes, and again from 2008-2010, and from 2011-2014. It's not a consistent pattern, but they change every 3-5 years. The world finals also follows the same patterns (kinda). Something tells me 2015 will be different. Also that WF 15 will not be as spectacular (track wise) as we are hoping.

I have the track. I don't know who made it, but I will talk to someone see if they know who made it, so they could possibly re-upload it. If we can't find them, I will see if I can get permission to upload it without taking credit for it.

WOW! You guys sure can come up with this stuff quick! I spent 2 hours the other night just trying to make a ramp for a track. I still have no ramp :-/

That track looks exciting! For the 1st time since 2010 I am truly excited to see that show (on YouTube of coarse)

It's nice to see constructive criticism while building up the person instead of tearing them down. As for me, I feel a lot more like I'm being helped and am more inspired to keep trying whem people give advice, but also appreciate the work. Maybe you can start a new, much needed trend here acdcfan56.

I apologize if this is the wrong place for this. About Outlaws pack update, I added it and nothing happened. I added it just as I would add a single truck, and all other packs I have added. I extracted all the files, added them to V4, and clear/regen chache and all that. How do I get it in the game?

In Jim's defense, he might not have known exactly where he was at until it was too late. I'm sure in the middle of all that it can be hard to know, or think about. Yes he should have let it tip, but also it just seems like the officials either weren't watching that show or just didn't care. They should have used the RII on BOTH of them to prevent that. That show seemed rushed like the Houston show. What's the big hurry anyway?

I feel bad for Jim, he did all that work to save his truck, just to flip over and wreck the body anyway. Poor guy.

I have noticed that the track set up only really changes every few years. Ex: 2005-2007 looked relatively the same with minor modifications. Same with 2008-2010. They have run this same set up since 2011 with slight alterations every year. Same with the World Finals. So the World Finals this year will probably also look relatively the same as the past few years. According to pattern, the tracks (including the World Finals) will probably look different for 2015. So though I do think that Feld has somewhat damaged the show and its reputation, I don't think that it's entirely their doing. It was probably headed this direction all along. It has a pattern.

That's about what I'm guessing what MJ tracks will be like this year lol! I hope to see that in the download section soon, looks awesome!

I was saying "technically" as in from Monster Jams point of view, which is why I followed with "it wasn't true". I don't consider it a real double backflip. Either way I think it's all just a bunch of non-sense. I doubt he will try it again since they called it as a true double at WF 14. On the flip side, and due to the repetitive nature of Monster Jam, and Tom, he might still try try just to further his satisfaction and to prove himself to be "#1".

Tom did technically "land the double back flip" but the truck twisted around so it wasn't true, but was as close as it gets, can't change physics. That was at WF 14. Even so, though the flips were cool when Cam McQueen did it in Jacksonville, I think it has been a bit over played. I came from 1990, but I'm no genwunner. I wonder if POD will still be red and yellow, to my knowledge, that's where it all started. POD 2011

If that was a shot at the constant red and yellow theme, then I'm sure you will be hounding YouTube for a video on the Houston, TX show on Jan 4th (I think is when it is), as will I, in hopes of new track design and colors. What I'm wondering is without a title sponsor, will they have a new one? Did they even have one before AAP? Would also love to see some new truck bodies, instead of all these mid 2000's trucks, almost ten years later.

I never really got the hang of making tracks, but if anyone ever releases (or have released) a tutorial on making crushable props (particularly cars) I would give a crushable prop pack a try.

I wouldn't think a monster truck track without cars would be very fun. That's just me being from the 90's, however I do like that valley ramp in the middle. The stadium light look pretty awesome as well. Nicely done.

I have taken time to figure out Blender, and I'm making progress, but I want to rotate a vehicle to fit with the rest of the stack. R+Z should rotate it the way I need, but all it does is move the object around while keeping it in the same direction. Why is this happening? This program is very frustrating. Please help! I also wasn't sure where else to post this, sorry if it's in the wrong section.

After seeing some of the gameplay footage, it looked kinda like the driving may have been dumbed down, after seeing the way a sports car handled while avoiding traffic. If they do dumb down the driving physics, or the car crunching physics, that would have pretty much made getting the game a waste of the $100 I spent (pre-order SE and book) getting it. Though GTAIV made driving fun, the rest of the game was boring all the way down to the story. In my opinion, Saints Row IV has put GTA IV to shame as far as entertainment goes, and I hope GTA V won't disappoint. Hopefully no depressed always disappointing, never get anything story line again either, like GTA IV. I thought The Ballad of Gay Tony was better than the original game... sadly.

It's also the dumbest thing I've ever posted lol! I don't really think Google will buy MJ, it just seemed funny.. at the time... but I digress. I could see Hotwheels (or Mattel) sponsoring MJ, Traxxas, Lucas Oil, maybe even Monster Energy. Seeing as E3 sponsors some monster truck event series, I could see NGK doing that, not likely, but I would think it's possible. They already sponsor MJ World Finals.
