I really think there should be a rule about not requesting WF 2007. "Someone" has been "making this track" for about 2 years now. I'm sure no one is making it, and they probably won't (Idk why, I also don't see why there's so much hype about it either). Trust me, if I had ever figured out blender, this would be the 1st thing I make, so people would stop asking.

Thanks guys, I am sim monster, I will try to sketch one up for you, and will aim it to you (if I figure that out), and I will try Blender some more, but most of my problem with it comes with importing and using materials, I'm sure once I got past that I could handle it.

Being as the Mrs. is an artist, I have picked up a lot from her. I know some of the track makers here like to create customs. I would too, but I will never figure out Blender, I'm sure. So I was wondering if I sketched some custom tracks, if anyone would make them. I joined this site wanting to help out, so I still want to at least try.

That's how it's done, you have to do that, there is no way around it (that I know of), other than not downloading everything you see. Try merging your trucks with V4, that is how they work (unless specified differently (ex, AM/PM Boss). When downloading trucks they have a tendency to mess up the SMV pack, as creators use files from other trucks to create new trucks, so be careful of the "copy or replace" window. Use "copy but keep both files", if you do that, your V4 trucks won't disappear after you clear/regen your cache.

Not to me lol! To me telling the difference between 2 MJ tracks is like looking at to Dr. Pepper cans that are exactly the same and trying to find the difference lmao! :-D Since AAP is uncreative and sees everything in red and yellow, all the tracks look the same to me. I know they only change the lay out every 2-3 years anyway, but it's gotten out of hand. Maybe now that AAP is (apparently) leaving, maybe MJ will resume using other colors and new layouts. Sorry, I know this isn't the "let's talk track design thread" lol. BTW, can we PLEASE have a "Track design thread"?

I hope this isn't taken too negatively, but I have trust issues with the phrase "V4.5 beta" after earlier this year, and I'm sure I'm not alone on that. I will be happy to wait too, I'm in no hurry, cuz I know it will be worth the wait! You guys are still epic! :-) I also gave it a like, cuz you did all the other stuff for #likes

I'm not usually one to post here, or make criticism, but unlike the 1st custom WF, these are quite similar to WF 13 and 14, and actually seem like what Feld might do with WF 15 and 16. Would like to see more colorful stuff like the 1st one. The red and yellow, as well as mostly unchanged tracks got old with feld really fast, I stopped watching MJ because of that. Otherwise I think monsterjam fan's 1st track is great. I also somewhat agree with mdemko, as modern tracks aren't about crushing anymore, just jumping. I miss the crushing.

WANT! WANT! WANT! Lol! I hope to see that released. You guys make awesome stuff! I almost started making tracks, but knew I wouldn't make them even near as good as you guys, but I might try someday (once I figure it out lol).

I know this is slightly off topic, but just curious why there aren't truck shops on most tracks? Are they hard to add? Not a complaint, I'm just curious.

So I decided to try using MTM2 (though I have no Idea how it runs) and I came across WF8. So to those wondering, WF8 DOES exist, it IS out there, but it can't be used seeing as (as far as I know) it isn't associated with Sim-Monsters.com, but if anyone would like to teach me how to use blender (NOT SKETCH-UP, I don't like sketch up, the tracks don't turn out good), I will make WF8, along with tracks from previous years, because I know we all want them. My band isn't busy right now, so I have plenty of time to do them, just let me know.

Though I am sure the answer is yes, are there any other musicians on here? I am a drummer, and I play in a band. Does anyone else on here play any instruments as a hobby, career/band, and it would be interesting to see what instruments/equipment you use. Are most monster trucks standard transmission? Answer: it really depends on the drivers prefference, but most of the more recent drivers (from the past decade or so) use automatic so they can keep a hand on the rear steering switch (paddle) and steering wheel at all times. Why are breather tubes mounted toward bottom center instead of towards the back? (NOTE: I'm answering this assuming you mean exhaust pipes) Answer: I would imagine it helps keep exhaust and leaked excess ethenol away from the engine which helps prevent fires. Those are my answers.

I like to see custon tracks. I like seeing all the creativity here. You guys are being way more creative than Feld lol! Honestly I think there are a lot of people on here that should actually be track designers for Monster Jam, because their team has been slacking a lot these past few years.

Honestly, I don't know how you all have the time to make all this stuff. I have been working with blender here and there, I am good with computers, and just can't get the hang of it. Good job all you track and truck makers, my hats off to ya! My band life keeps me really busy, put I hope to be able to contribute someday. And if I get critisiezed on my work, please know that I will take it constructively. I know its not a "thank you" thread, but after seeing what I saw, I felt that "thank you's" were in order. I can't imagine how much time, work, and precision you all put into this, but it all looks great! Also thanks to the the site staff for keeping this a friendly invironment.
