    I have no idea, my only assumption is the track building feature is WITHIN the game?  So it might be more of a terrain morphing thing than a building meshes from scratch thing?? But again I have no idea, I'm just speculating and could be WAY off 🤷‍♂️

    Patience...there's one in the works but good mods take time. Especially when creating a venue from scratch and being as detailed as this creators mods are. It'll come when it comes.
