Getting .38

when i download it it only gives me a file and it give the game and a few other things like  resources and languages and then all the other crap. i cant find a instaler and if i use one i still cant find where i put my trucks and tracks and config and the game still wont launch

They haven't changed the file version on that main page one bit, so you should have everything right here.

yes i know i have tried that but i cant find where i put trucks and tracks in its just a file and i cant launch the game with the config

God, please try the Edit button.

You put trucks in the vehicles folder and tracks in the terrains and packs folder.

The folder should be titled Rigs of Rods. If you have 0.37 already installed then just use that one. If it's supposed to be Rigs of Rods 0.38 or whatever, try uninstalling it, scanning your computer for viruses, restarting, and then reinstall it.
