HUD won't work?

Hi its me again and I'm so sorry for posting so many topics about my issue but I don't know how to fix this and I looked everywhere to find ways to fix it and I cant find anything.

 

So basically, I can enter a truck, steering works and everything, but I cant start the truck, turn on ignition, parking brake, or anything HUD related basically. The hud doesn't show any response to those keys at all and I'm so confused and I need a way to fix this

 

(I'm using both 37 and 38 but this issue is on 38.19)

Press "u" for getting the HUD to show up, for starting the truck you have to press "x" (for ignition) and then "s" (for starting the truck). Thats all

No I know those controls. and the HUD is there, like, you can see it. It just doesn't start or show that I'm pressing x or anything. its frozen

Maybe you enabled the free cam by accident pressing shift+c

Nope, I know all the controls and everything; been playing this game since 2011. But ive never had this issue
