Blender Jumps

Hey everyone, I was just wondering how I would let's say make a ramp, and then make ANOTHER ramp right beside the first ramp. Here's a picture if it helps you understand better

So now you can see that, there's no way I can build another ramp right beside the tabletop or whatever it's called.

I was wondering, what method you guys use to make ramps and stuff, because this is a problem that's kind of stopping me from making somewhat decent tracks.

I make all my ramps/obstacles first before doing the floor, sometimes I'll keep an outline of the floor so I know how much room I have to work with but the floor is always last for me.

Shift D, then just UV map it, or like Ryan said make the jump's first. But i use Cube's.
