How do I make my rear steer manual.

Hey everyone not sure if this thread is in the right place sorry if it's not but I'm wondering how to make the rear steer on one of my trucks manual with the f1 and f2 keys because at the moment the rear steer is automatic to where the front wheels turn I find this very annoying and hard to handle just really want to know how I can change it around to be controlable with the f1 and f2 keys. Yes I am in love with the Bigfoot I've re-skinned it to make it better and it's breakable so I love it is there a way to change it? And maybe I could possibly just put the body on a v3 pack truck? But I don't know how to do that.
