How to make a Custo Truck.

How would I go about making a custom truck? I've got some ideas and I'd really like to create my own truck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

making a truck idk. but if u want to repaint just make a skin in paint or paintshop etc. then replace the original skin with the custom one

Nah, I'm talking about a full fleged custom truck. Like one in the Custom Series.

You must have a good modeling program, like blender. For a full blown custom, you need to make a body, and chassis in blender. Then you need a decent paint program for the body, and the ability to export and get the truck ingame.

Maybe I worded that wrong. What I want is to use an existing body, chassis, tires, etc., but have it as a separate truck. Is that possible?

Yup. It's called cloning. Maybe you can learn to yourself, or if you can't, then just have someone else do it.
