Configurer and Loader Problems

I've recently tryed to download RoR and the new World Finals 13 and V4 truck pack but, i've been running into problems non-stop.

First of all, in my Configurer, it says: "Version: Unknown. Please reinstall the game."

I've been trying to use the .37.126 version.

Second: I've put the V4 into the packs in the RoR document and, there still not shoing up in the Loader.

If anyone has an solutions to both these problems, I would greatly appriciate some help on getting RoR to acctually work.

soooo do you have to redownload it then connor? I actually just bought a new computer and i am haveing problems getting my ror up and running as well.
