First one I saw was from Nick Owens in Iron Outlaw in 2011, when he rolled off the jammer (May god rest that great man's soul). That was a HORRIBLE year for Monster Jam here, my god. We had GDTL (Ferrell), Bounty Hunter broke Friday night, Iron Outlaw, Stone Crusher broke Saturday, Monster Mutt Rottweiler and Captain USA.
