To download PPRL tracks would mean someone, like Mark Colineri (as RoRFan21 mentioned) would have to make the track nearly from scratch. As was mentioned above me, there is no way to take a .pod convert it into the files RoR uses. So far, the only thing we can convert is the .bin models into .obj which can then be imported into Blender.

What he said, the only known and possible conversion from MTM2 that can be done is .bin and nothing else...but it would be quite lovely to convert an entire .pod file and pick it apart in blender.
