"Shine" on Blender tracks

So, I have always had this problem and don't exactly know how to get rid of it. When I export from Blender there is always a really bad Shine on the tracks. I have been able to make some of it go away by editing in the files, but not all of it. MJFanatic helped me out on a few of these tracks by fixing it, so I know im not the only one who has this problem. If you could help me out or make a tutorial, that would be VERY much appreciated.

Its because of specular in the material.

Delete the specular and diffuse lines in the material files of your track. Just delete all of the lines that have specular and diffuse in them. Should take the shine right off.
