Random non-collidable section of track

Not sure why, how, or what caused this, but a section of the next Play-Off track I'm working on is non-collidable.  Re-exported multiple times and cannot figure out why this is happening.  It seems to occur randomly, even half of faces.  Kinda mapped out the section of the track where this is happening.

Faster I can get a solution, the faster I can get this out, so please help.  I can give more detail if needed.

Somehow you have managed to max out the mesh collision. Make the stadium non contactable? I know that doing tris-collision will raise the triangle collision limit but thats only in 0.39. Now am i positive this is the problem? No. Just sounds like it to me.
