The reflectiveness (That is the dictionary?) of an object is what I always assumed be be a Spec-Map. I would be in blender somewhere along the lines of selecting something you want to be chrome in the wirefram, and then there would be an option for adding a spec-map. I've only seen guys use blender in videos, so I'm potentially clueless, but that's my thought proccess.

^ He's Right, You either make a spec map and enable it in the .truck by managedmaterials, or you make modifications to the .material file that you get when you export the mesh. Alot of people don't like the managedmaterials method, so they just get around it by a code that you replace in the .material.
