Question about rear steering

I have a new laptop, installed RoR, but the rear steering buttons (F1 & F2) only work when I hold the FN key, so where do I go to change the controls to a new key

im using 0.38 ror an my front steering is very slow an at high speeds at most times non responsive my rear steer is perfect, an im wondering if anyone can help me get the same response as my rear steer for my front steering? any help would be awesome happy monster trucking

If you're using Keyboard, 38 has a much slower turning speed. If you were to use something like a Controller, it's much faster than in 37, along with being able to control how much you steer.
