Reflections not showing up properly?

I recently have gotten this problem, reflection doesn't seem to be working on well here are some pics

This happens at any track and it's getting annoying, someone knows how can i fix this and whats going on?

You do not have any visual effects checked off on the ROR config do you? The only thing I can think of is there is a conflicting issue with the texture.
