Sim Monsers V4 Download Failure

Hey, guys. It's Infradread, and I'm confused. When I tried to download Sim Monsters V4, it told me to complete a CAPTCHA. The CAPTCHA popped up a few advertisements and popped up a window that said my Internet Explorer is out of date (it's not). Then, my laptop froze, and I had to reboot it. Someone please help me!

Use a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc). Download works just fine I was able to download on two other browsers just fine but my Explorer error'd
