It's not broken, just someone is having troubles downloading it

This file has been reported as broken because: Tis file is broken too. I think there is something going on with the site. who ever is doing this is using a browser that is not opening the site, USE FIREFOX. It works if I.E is messed up.

Get the file you downloaded, put that file into your Rigs of Rods folder, and then put the file once again into the packs folder, and when you load up the game the option should be there
