I've always preferred XBOX to the PS3 as far as convenience is concerned and controls (and being able to play Halo). PS3 didn't really have it where the XBOX did when it comes to online networks. It seems now XBOX has forgotten what gamers don't want in a console (obviously not learning from SimCity's disaster). When there's speculation about your console being laced with some BS strings attached, I wouldn't announce them anyways. I heard that they're reconsidering the DRM-esque system and the used games policy, but I have no idea if that's true. I'll just put some painters tape over that Kinect camera and I'll be all set.
