Just wrapped up two great shows in Gaithersburg, nearly packed grandstands both nights and all eight trucks put on a hell of a show. Some things to note of the shows, Zane's wife Lindsey Rettew made her competition debut driving Master of Disaster and did really well for the limited seat time she's had. Matt seems to have gotten the new Jester truck working nicely and his son Nick is going to be a star, kid can drive the wheels off his truck.

Coming September 1st...
t quote these pics to clog up the thread, quote my messages instead )
(If it looks too blocky/unsmooth, then it's because setting it to smooth did not want to co-operate with me. If you want to help smooth it out, then pm me, you'll get credit with the release )
Like Chris B said, click the "w" key in edit mode, then click "set smooth". Never click "smooth". Use "set smooth" or "set solid" to go back and forth with smooth or blocky.

Here is the finished product, missing some stickers but still looking good!
Was more of a fan of the blue, but any specific reason for the change? I'm assuming it was so the chassis will go better with either Torque or Wolf's head body

I don't understand why everyone thinks this is the track layout for the World Finals. It's literally just a picture thrown together, much like previous world finals have had the track paint photo shopped and put into the next years souvenir book. Now back to our regularly scheduled programming.

Bloomsburg sure is tough on the Hall Bro's trucks

New Krazy Train coming together;
Looks like a Cohen? Also appears to be the same shock package as Black Pearl which is leading me to believe it's a Cohen with a Garcia shock package

Pretty sure it's a terribly photo-shopped Ice Cream Man. Not sure what that means though...

I actually really enjoyed that encore. We've never seen trucks as characters and tell a story with props and all. Makes me wonder if the Marvel Live deal that was promoted a few years back actually came to fruition would be like. Also with these stunts being attempted makes me think about what goes on in Paxton because clearly these aren't the first attempts.

Not sure if anyone's mentioned this yet but kind of cool how the racing finals was between a truck that Adam drove to a championship and he beat it out in his new rig.

*Black Pearl*
Not sure if it's a repli-custom or not but along with the sponsor plates I'd recommend changing the shock fluid reservoirs to a chrome/silver based off the picture above

Where were those? I didn't quite catch them even after rewatching.
1:15 on the right side of the screen. I don't think any FELD truck runs yellow rims

Brodozer rims in that video also

You’d think if it was going off of popular bodies they’d put Megaladons and regular monster mutts on the indy trucks instead of the third Mutt body I remember Radoni always getting an El toro body because wanted to sell more merchandise. Do indies also have to pay for damages to these bodies or does Feld take care of that?
Radoni got the El toro because of the Hispanic market that he would run his equipment. That brand appeals to more of the audience in those markets

Looks like his right rear shocks were bottoming out and lost fluid or his sway-bar was broken causing most of this

Sounds like the "all-star challenge" will kind of be like the Monster Energy Cup. Honestly I'm not opposed to any of these changes. It will nice to see a rotating world finals market, and each venue each year will HOPEFULLY offer new tracks due to the floor size.

I have proven that intermission, fireworks, and the pit parties have all been budget cut. The overall quality of the show has gone down. While i dont have physical evidence, i have verbal accounts, proof of the talks, and Scott stating how he would be beaten and when, and the winners of the night. You can not tell me Feld isn't ruining it.
I think you need to get away from FELD shows since its "corrupt, staged, rigged" nature appears to be eating away at your rational way of thinking. Some of the thing's you're saying are hilariously ridiculous.
Also "verbal accounts, proof of the talks" are nothing without citing your sources other than just saying "I HEARD IT, THIS PERSON SAID IT". But still you sound crazy lmao. But everyone is entitled to their own opinion, don't try to force yours on someone else if they don't want to view it that way

I think this really has been the best year so far in Monster Jam history. From each tour having their own consistent drivers, track paints/layouts, there have been highlight reel moments from every tour nearly every weekend. I feel like the progression in the industry over the last three to four years really is showing its self this year.

Not sure where all of these are from, some of them may be Klayton's that I modified, but these are most of what I use on my tracks now.

Rusted Metal

Interesting, not to speculate and start rumors, but this was the only video of that event that I could find. It COULD be at 11:01, but again this is all my speculation. I don't want to spread false truths or things that are incorrect so again, this is my speculation.
Also having worked a few events in the past, safety can't be stressed enough at any event. I see some promoters who are either not as familiar with how these trucks handle, how bad their sight lines are or are just ignorant to the necessary safety precautions and it could be detrimental to the entire industry god forbid something happens at ANY monster truck event.. After having been around trucks moving in the pits, performing and on the floor after a run, there is no amount of safety that is too much. I used to question FELD and their decisions to be trigger happy with the RII after parts breakage or a flat tire or something else, it's never a bad idea to shut trucks off for safety reasons. These machines are designed to be as safe as possible, but things happen, parts break and can become unsafe.
