  1. Coconutmen was working on CFP Cincinnati 2012 (show from 2 weeks ago) I think.
  2. You can sign-up for your team if you do have someone else committed already to that truck. As far as team points go, it will work in 2 truck teams, you can recruit 4 guys and run as a 4 team 2xtreme Racing team for example, but points work within 2 trucks traveling together, if that makes sense.
  3. Here's mine... Name: Austin Grams Driver's Name (Real Life): Darren Migues Truck: Iron Outlaw AIM: AuzGrams
  4. Sign-ups will open on Sunday, January 13th at 6:00 PM EST. Remember that we will be doing a booking procedure this year, it is preferred you book your truck with a teammate as a 2 truck team. As a reward for a 2 truck team, the team with the most points will get a $10 bonus. Here are the guys that can pick their truck right now as past champions of the league, send me a private message if you want to claim an old truck right now or sign-up with a new one. You have to message me before sign-ups open to everyone, and if you don't claim a truck before sign-ups open to everyone else, then your truck will be free game & you have to sign-up like everyone else. First Choice for Sign-Ups Auz Grams - ran Rockstar Travis Sewilo - ran Shock Therapy Dave Collard (Probably not running, but on the list) - ran Black Stallion Tim Smith - ran Bigfoot Bad Boy Josh Rhodes - ran Equalizer Robbie Milburn - ran Ghost Ryder Name: Driver's Name (Real Life): Truck: AIM: Once again, if a truck like Bigfoot is open, and you are new to ROR or leagues, it is recommended you do not sign-up in Bigfoot or other big name trucks. I have kept the thread open for questions and other things, but sign-ups will not be accepted until the announced time.
  5. Here's a couple tracks added: Springfield, MO - Missouri Entertainment & Events Center (Springfield Jamboree 2012) Chico, CA - Silver Dollar Speedway (Monster X Tour) I am hoping to have a schedule out in a week or two, along with sign-ups.
  6. Welcome sir, glad to see you made your way over here.
  7. How will the brackets work, 1 vs. 20 or will top 4 get a bye then 5 vs. 20?

If it has a backflip ramp, then yes, the rule could be changed.

    CFMTS Rulebook

Friday Nights 7:30 PM EST General Series Rules: 1.1: In order to run in events, you must sign-up in the sign-up thread first & submit bookings to AuzGrams on Sim-Monsters once the schedule is released. 1.2: There will be no flaming of other racers, officials, or admins. 1.3: Events will be taken seriously, we expect the events to be serious events by you the racers, as we will have a realistic, and fun event. 1.4: Austin Grams & Travis Sewilo are the admins of the league, anything they say (and officials/admins that help) goes, no questions asked. Don't start arguments with admins/officials over a freestyle score, or a judgement call. 1.5: There will be respect given by everyone in this league, if there isn't, we will not hesitate to ban people for actions that we feel disrespectful. 1.6: These events will be the utmost realism as possible, with the weather being closely followed, intros, we want to bring back teams into the series, and have realistic venues if possible. 1.7: All events WILL have introductions, event directors will have maps where to park when you are not running, and maps where to drive your truck & stop at during introductions, if you do not listen to the event director, you are subject to being ejected from the event. 1.8: CFMTS Event Chats will start at 7:30 PM EST unless noticed other wise, you have 30 minutes to log onto AIM, and get into the chat for the drivers meeting, if you miss the drivers meeting at 8:00 PM EST, then you face the possibility of getting replaced from the event with another truck. 1.9: Teamspeak will be used at most events. At some events the Teamspeak will be used for announcing, and music. Some events Teamspeak will be used just for communication at events. Drivers Meetings will be conducted over AIM, and Teamspeak. It is highly encouraged if you go into Teamspeak. 1.10: You are subject to being ejected if you don't show any respect, or abide by the rules. Wheelie Contest Rules: 2.1: 2 hits or attempts, unless otherwise noted. 2.2: RII will be used for wall hit, hitting other trucks, unrealistic driving, erratic driving. 2.3: If you flip, it will put an end to your run, no exceptions. 2.4: Judging will be done in 2 different ways, 3 scores from 1-10 or voting or the 2nd option is, at the end of a judged competition, a racer will vote for who they feel had the best run, they have to vote for someone besides them self. This is the "fan" vote for CFMTS. The racer/truck with the most votes will take the win. 2.5: Some CFMTS Wheelie Contest's will be based on slap wheelie or a vertical wheelie. Racing Rules: 3.1: +5 for 1-tiring ramps. 3.2: No penalty for hitting any of the cars unless you cut them in which it is is a DNF, if there are tracks with poles, it will be a +5 second penalty. 3.3: Missing a ramp will result in a DNF. 3.4: RII for wall hits, hitting other trucks, erratic driving. 3.5: FL will vary from event director, some events will go by qualifying time/wheelie score, some will go by the time they had the round before. Donut Contest Rules: 4.1: You will have 30 seconds time to try getting a donut that is unique, tight, has a good amount of speed, and can impress the judges. 4.2: A Donut Contest win will not result in any points, it is simply unfair because of a trucks handling may be different, the donut contest will be for fun. 4.3: Judging will be on a 1-10 ratio, or a fan vote. Freestyle Rules: 5.1: Time limit will vary from 60, 90, 120 seconds and even at some events, there will be a no time limit, you stop when you want to, but eventually you will be RII'd and told to go back to the pit area. 5.2: No graces. 5.3: Realistic freestyles: There will be not be backflips at events, no hitting other trucks, unrealistic moves will not be tolerated (however, I do understand some of these tracks do not have a lot of obstacles, you will be able to get air), you will be RII'd and will have to stop if you don't follow those rules, or ejected from game. 5.4: Encores will be given at the discretion of an event director. 5.5: Judging will be done in 2 different ways, 3 scores from 1-10 or voting or the 2nd option is, at the end of a judged competition, a racer will vote for who they feel had the best run, they have to vote for someone besides themselve. This is the "fan" vote for CFMTS. The racer/truck with the most votes will take the win. Miscellaneous Rules: 6.1: If you flip hard at any moment at an event, you may have to sit out the rest of the nights competition. 6.2: The Wheelie Contest will act as Qualifying at some events. 6.3: On occasion, some events won't have a wheelie contest, or qualifying. Instead, we will have a lotto qualifying, with trucks drawn out of a hat with spots being chosen. Point System - 1 Event Shows: Wheelie Contest Winner/Top Qualifier - 0.50 Points Racing Finals Loser - 1 Point Racing Winner - 2 Points Freestyle Runner-Up - 1 Point Freestyle Winner - 2 Points Points System - 2 Event Shows: Wheelie Contest Winner/Top Qualifier - 0.25 Points Racing Finals Loser - 0.50 Points Racing Winner - 1 Point Freestyle Runner-Up - 0.50 Points Freestyle Winner - 1 Point Points System - Grand Nationals/12 Truck+ Fields: Wheelie Contest Winner/Top Qualifier - 1 Point Semi-Finals Loser - 1 Point Racing Finals Loser - 2 Points Racing Winner - 3 Points 3rd/4th Place Freestyle - 1 Point Freestyle Runner-Up - 2 Points Freestyle Winner - 3 Points Purse CFMTS 2013 Spring Tour Overall Champion - $40 & Gold Metal Elite Trophy from CrownAwards CFMTS 2013 Spring Tour Racing Champion - $15 CFMTS 2013 Spring Tour Freestyle Champion - $15 CFMTS 2013 Spring Tour Team of the Year - $20 Tie-breaker & other standings positions will be broken by overall wins, 2nd place finishes, etc. All rules are subject to change without notice.
  10. Every driver will have the oppruntunity to be booked into events if they do the bookings in the correct way. In addition, there will should be spots open so you can fill-in. Bookings will work in within a 1 or 2 truck traveling team (if you have a 4 truck team, 2 guys must team up as a travel team). There will be most likely be 8 events + Grand Nationals event. Not everyone is guaranteed 8 events, but I will try to balance it out as much as possible. Once again, sign-ups will be free game, however, if you have not run many events at all in ROR & are new to the game, I suggest you do not sign-up in a big name truck such as Bigfoot. Here are the guys that will have the option to retain their old truck, or pick a new one due to being a past champion of CFMTS Auz Grams Travis Sewilo Dave Collard (Probably not running, but on the list) Tim Smith Josh Rhodes Robbie Milburn
  11. More info: Most events will have 6-8 trucks, we will have 3 events a week, so there will be 18-24 trucks available to run every week. Each event will have multiple shows, there will be a balanced points structure for events that only have 1 show at a bigger venue versus a 2 show venue. The intention for each event is to have everyone in game to make events flow as fast as possible, each event will have actual introductions with the event director giving out directions. If you do not cooperate or listen to the event director's directions, you will be kicked out of the event & future bookings will be stripped if you do not follow directions throughout the event. Some events will have to be big bracket in the event of lag or server issues. Here's the purse payout: Overall Champion - $50 + Trophy Racing Champion - $10 Freestyle Champion - $10 Team of the Year (2 Truck Team with most points/wins, must team up with someone else and announce intentions as a 2 truck team) - $10
  12. Name: Auz Grams Truck: Cyclone Cowboy Age: 19 Bio: Ran MTM2 for four to five years, ran CFMTS in MTM2 & now in ROR, co-ran MJM in MTM2, 8 MTM2 titles, limited ROR experience.
  13. That looks pretty good tbh Stephen, need Realtree as a sponsor lol
  14. I'm interested to see what will happen to the World Finals at Sam Boyd Stadium if this new UNLV football stadium gets built (which is pretty far into the planning stages right now).
  15. Haters gonna hate on that thing...
  16. I know this is sorta random, but every time I see the Indy MJ, the floor space at Lucas Oil Stadium looks really small for a stadium, anyone who's worked it or been to an Indy MJ show agree? Just looks small to me.
  17. For those wondering, sign-ups will be open in 2-3 weeks (I know that seems like a long time, but I'm not trying to rush into starting things just yet). I'm planning on making sign-ups free game aside from past champions of the series who get their choices. Rulebook will be posted sometime this week maybe today or tomorrow even.
  18. Have a random thought, idea, concern, or just want to talk about CFMTS, post it in here!
  19. Name: Auz Grams Truck: Titan (might try bringing back the Auz Monster name if I have time to paint something) AIM: AuzGrams
  20. Also, the above tracks on my first post are tracks that have been made or will be made for sure. Hopefully some of Roach's suggestions can come into fruition (talking to a few solid track makers & might try a few myself) because I agree, some great monster truck venues, in the process of learning to make tracks here soon as well.
  21. Fun event, congrats to Matt for doubling down, wished I could have gone farther in racing but that's w/e I guess since it's my first event in quite a while. Didn't really give a crap about FS and it showed. Well put on event Alex & Robbie!
  22. Buying myself a car (without mommy and daddies monies), woo for working at Walmart.
  23. Here's the CFMTS venue list, most of these tracks WILL be on the schedule, and this list will be updated often. My goal is to have 24 events (3 a week) and a championship event with a 12 truck field. Gaithersburg, MD - Montomgery County Fair Del Mar, CA - San Diego County Fairgrounds Redmond, OR - Hooker Creek Event Center Springdale, AR - Parsons Stadium Jonesboro, IL - Trail of Tears Lodge & Resort Englishtown, NJ - Old Bridge Township Raceway Park Washington, PA - Washington County Fair Virginia Beach, VA - Beach Street USA Bloomsburg, PA - Bloomsburg Fairgrounds Indianapolis, IN - Indianapolis State Fairgrounds Wildwood, NJ - Thunder on the Beach Salt Lake City, UT - Rocky Mountain Raceway Springfield, MO - Missouri Entertainment & Events Center Chico, CA - Silver Dollar Speedway Colorado Springs, CO - Norris-Penrose Events Center Lima, OH - Allen County Fairgrounds Pittsburgh, PA - Pittsburgh's Pennsylvania Motor Speedway Springfield, IL - Illinois State Fairgrounds Reno, NV - Reno-Sparks Livestock Event Center These tracks do not have to have CFMTS logos or sponsors as I feel it would be beneficial to release real past event tracks. Custom tracks are allowed, but real venues are preferred. Once again, if you have a track already made or want to make a track & want it on the schedule, send me a message.
  24. Nice to see this league return, I've always felt that you have put on some fun events back in MTM2, and I wouldn't expect anything different now. The special bonus points system seems interesting.
