I wish monster jam would be live
Don't we all? If they had the same kind of funding such as NASCAR, im sure they could make it work.

Bring on the metallic paint!

Has it been released if so where. I've been looking for good mud trucks to play with.
Should be on the main RoR site in the repository somewhere. Think it was put up about 3 weeks ago, so you might need to look a bit.

Matt's "Hill Climb Truck" honestly is a beast through mud. Highly suggest getting it.

Baltimore Iron-Man off to a good start (:
Only thing I think needs a bit of working is the silver. On the actual truck, and on the suit in the new Iron Man movie, it almost has a tarnished gold look, although it's a lot lighter than the old one. Other than that, it looks good.

Hate to ask, but does anyone know what the cause of death was? I heard there was a mafuncyion with the car somehow, but that's about it.

Monster Rally East Rutherford It came out really nicely, im working on Houston and Phoenix at the moment Also thanks to Mark for letting me use his stadium
Your tracks never cease to amaze me. Reminds me a lot of Fall Madness 1.
entire front end needs to be moved back a bit. And still lots of work to be done on the body.
Looks good from that point of view. Any ideas of paint yet?

Reminds me of the backflip that Travis Pastrana tried in Nitro Circus a few years back. Extreme height, half a rotation.
-
Pretty sure he was.
Dam man, just, dam. R.I.P.

Very sad to hear. Trying to remember, but was he the one in the Doller General truck in the truck series not to long ago?
-
3 Things
1. The truck should be a rear engine truck so he has some weight back there
2. The ramp should NOT be used in freestyle, in that case it might get worn down
3. My ideal ramp for the double backflip would be like this one used in monster jam fans custom world finals part 2
I was acctually screwing around earlier on that very backflip ramp, with a whole bunch of Max D trucks, and a bodyless Stinger truck, all to no avail.

Well, it took me an hour and this is still a work in progress. So, what do you guys think?
For some reason I just wanna put STP logos all over that thing. Reminds me so much of the #43 from the old days of NASCAR.

The only thing I can say to Tom Meents with the setup he's running, is to be rotating extremely fast. Rotating way faster than both attempts previous to this upcoming attempt. That way he can land on all 4 wheels before the truck twists like both previous attempts.
Only problem with that, he may over rotate, or risk driving the front end of the truck into the ramp on entry. The 2nd one may be unlikely, but both could cause some serious damage.
-
I think if he should do it again, tom should do the water bottle effect. put the engine in the back of the truck so that it flips near the second rotation. you know what i mean?
Kinda get like a weight difference, so it'll pull down on the rear of the truck? That wouldn't be a bad thing too.

(Sorry if there's already a thread for this.)
I got into some thinking today about all the things that Meents has tried, in order to land the "Double Backflip". We all know that he's made a special, safer, and completely tricked out truck just for this. I believe the said truck is still a Willman, and correct me if I'm wrong but, don't you think that a shorter truck would help with getting both rotations? From the looks of it, the Willman has a very long wheel base. Granted the truck always seems to do an almost "Barrel Roll" in the air, I think a shorter truck would give him a little more of the rotation he's looking for, would it not?
-
Not bad, but I think the HMF logo needs a little work. Maybe scale it to the size of the WARN logo, so it doesn't kinda fall off the side of the truck? Just my opinion.

Can there be realistic sounds in there for each truck, because it makes the trucks realistic.
I hear they have a new set of sounds coming out for the pack. I think I know which one they're planning on using, and it sounds a lot better than the old ones from V4 and past versions. As for each truck, I highly doubt it, concerning how much time it would take.
-
Do somebody knows when this pack is coming out???
December 12th, 3013.
There is no set date, so I'm assuming it won't be for awhile.

Anyone going to the nascar race this week because i will most likely be going to it only my 2nd race and 1st since 2011 and best part of that race was seeing Johnson crashing less then 10 laps in!
I wish I could go to one, but all the tracks are so far away from me. Closest I got is Pocono, but ut's all the way across the state.
-
Time for T-Maxx!
Lookin' great! Dunno what it is about the body and the paint, but I love the lines and stance on that thing! Just looks low to the ground and fast to me.
-
Basically a good thing for me all around:
A. I don't have to qualify into events, 'cause that is defiantly not my strong suit.
B. I get to drive my custom truck.
Count me in.
-
That's what I was doing earlier, but I believe the V3 section was removed on an update.
-
Harlow modeled the body for Josh Gajewski I think. Not sure who made the chassis though. And yeah I still have it.
Ah, would you mind sending me the files on aim? Just want to see what the body looks like. Might be able to use it for something. (With permission of course.)

Question about suspention. Every time I see Ryan Anderson hit the gas, the body leans very far backwards, sticking the nose up in yhe air. In the V4 trucks, you don't really notice it that much. Will the suspention be improved to replicate this better?
