Just found another reason to love CVH.
During the New Orleans intros, Shock Therapy broke and halted the entire pack from completing their laps. At around 1:35 you can see Grave Digger cutting through the course and getting in front of the pack to lead them to complete the intros. Pretty cool.

How do you get the score that high anyway? TEACH ME YOUR WAYS @_@

Instead of the backflip ramps they've been using, I think they should test out a new one that allows the truck to land on the other side of the ramp instead of back where they started.

One question: are you guys trying to get into the business? You know so much! I looked at that and said "Doi, it's a shot of the chassis!"
I definitely am. I'm trying to gain as much knowledge from everyone here as possible. xD

Wow. Well that really sucks.

I myself went to an event and went to Todd LeDuc asking how has it been so far and he said it has been great all season long(last season) then he started saying I look like a man that need to get a job(lol) and I said what kind and he said he'd give me a job to work with the metal melisha so I said I think about it from there at the end of the show I was surprised that he put me in his truck and I did a little encore and it was very fun. From that experience I loved it and one day I might even drive it.
What...?
If your goal is set on strictly driving only then this is not the form of motorsport you should pursue but that doesn't mean it can't happen if you work hard to get there.
No. I just want to be in the industry in some way. Of course I'd love to drive. Isn't that everyone's goal? xP

What are we looking at there, buddy?

He had to narrow the main frame rails to fit the shocks.
*pictures*
Wow that's crazy.

Welcome. Enjoy your stay!

How do I get to work the floor at an event? Contact the promoter?

After being on S-M for some time and doing a lot of research on the monster truck industry, I've decided that I want to pursue a career path in monster trucks. I'm a senior in high school and I only have 2 months until I graduate. I'm really lost on how to get into the industry and a lot of you seem to know a lot about it.
Some background information on me:
- From New Orleans, LA.
- 17 yrs old.
- Average high school GPA (2.0-3.0).
- ACT score of 25.
- Above-average understanding of mechanics.
Where exactly should I begin? I've been looking into community colleges that have automotive mechanic programs and they all seem the same. What should I be looking for? I'm fairly certain that I won't be able to go to UTI due to a multitude of reasons. I don't live too far away from SIR and I'm unsure if they would let me be an apprentice.
Any advice is welcome. Thanks for reading.

I read that David Smith has to heavily modify Racesource chassis' to fit his king shocks. I'm guessing that means raising the shock towers?
-
I would be okay with CVH taking Nicole's place in Scooby Doo. They are teamed up together this year, so it would make sense.
-
Does anyone know the reason behind CVH running two jolly roger flags this year? He did the same in New Orleans.

Was it Pauken or CVH that was sidewalling in El Paso?

Other than monster trucks, I'm into music. I've taken all my videos off of YouTube for reasons I don't feel like sharing, but I did many covers and wrote a lot of songs.
I can play guitar and piano really well, but I'm mainly a singer. C:

I agree with Danny. Sean is a solid driver. He may not have wow moments like other drivers and he may not always go far in the brackets, but he is a lot better than some.
Also, inb4 possible lock.

Full turn key PEI? Meaning a whole working truck?
-
^ What he said.
Update your gfx card and make sure your tower is getting good circulation.
-
Breather tubes are different. They let gases escape from the crankcase.
-
I definitely didn't know what sort of truck would fit me until I tested a lot of different trucks in RoR. I'm fairly certain that most drivers in real life experience the same thing. I think you just made a good guess to which style would fit you best.

I've been asking a lot of questions lately and I don't want to spam any threads so I thought I'd make on to have for questions.
So here we go:
What is the ringing/ching sound made by when a monster truck lands after a jump?
Why do the axles glow red hot and spit sparks?
Are most monster trucks standard transmission?
Why are monster trucks only 2 speed?
Why are breather tubes on monster trucks now vented towards the bottom center instead of the back?
How is the engine/transmission/transfer case mounted to the chassis?

I'm not a big wrestling fan, but my family likes it. I usually predict the matches for PPVs and the story lines to piss them off...
I predicted the two top Wrestlemania matches exactly.
