    What gets me above all else is why they would have uneven line ups for the truck if it's not competing. If it does end up racing, it would have to have multiple drivers ready to hop in at one show.

    There are plenty of drivers that would hold the throttle down to save it. What I don't understand is how you guys determined his height and build when he crawled into the "getaway car".

    It's most definitely not Kreg. His contract for FELD ended back in March last year and has since gone back to running in Australia. I think it could be Joe Miller. He's been without a ride since 2012 and subbed for George Balhan last year. Not sure where he is this year. His contract may have ended too.

    Love the look of the paintjob (that's blue, NOT purple, for the record). Also, from the video, it appears that they have indeed added a bed cap to the full F-150 body as opposed to just blending two separate pieces together, or at least they were planning to. From the looks of it, the body will fit either way. Also, here's a pre-wrapped El Diablo in the background... And look at THIS: Definitely a ram. Man of Steel? Most likely, because Ram did have a deal with the Man of Steel movie.

    Carl's been in #23 (a CRD) since 2011, #27 (also a CRD) is Charlie's new chassis.

    You were spot on with it being 2011, and an interesting note is that AFAB actually did run bead locks before 2011, they were just all silver. It's tough trying to figure out the right blue to use, since each picture appears to vary. But you're definitely right about needing to brighten it. Along with the swaybars not being set up, you guys should notice that the shocks are nowhere near line up with the shafts, those will be fixed up too.

    Here's a truck that's always been one of my favorites. I added a noise layer to it to give it more of a silver effect. What do you guys think? I might end up lowering the contrast levels on it.

    I'm gonna have to split that into two categories.. For painting, I say Team Hotwheels 2013 has been my best work in terms of detail and accuracy in both graphics and color. For modeling, the new Avalanche is definitely a winner, I put a lot of focus into modeling it accurately but also added attention into realism and how the truck would look as a fiberglass body compared to the real thing. Turned out terrific.

    Yep, along with that, there's some chassis stuff that needs to be adjusted and a little bit more will be added to the paint scheme.

    Yeah, I thought it was a great way to bring things to a close. While there wasn't anything that was instantly memorable (i.e. Grave Digger Dec. 2007), it was a great show as a whole.

    From the looks of it you didn't replace the texture file. Try redownloading it and replacing every file it prompts you to.

    Not sure if there's any significance but it looks like the news bulletin for Grave Digger the Legend's design is no longer on MonsterJam.com..... If this means what I think it does, I guess the best thing that can be said going off of the reception is that when something clearly isn't going to work out, there's no use pushing it.

    It's how the verts are placed (not exactly the best job on that), so it makes reflections look kinda weird.

    Depends on what you're referring to. Do you mean the blue thing? Because that's just part of the pedal. If you're talking about the seam-like thing that's the reflection of the other side of the stadium

    The skull is more faded and is primarily white/bright purple. Other than that I think you're good, at least in logo placement.
