Where did it ever say that all tracks from 2012 will be used in S3? If we did that, the season would last WAY to long. Yall need to stop jumping to conclusions and just wait till more information to be posted.

That's because there wasn't one. The first pack ever released on here was the Liquid-fire truck pack. It was essentially a bunch of trucks that were ripped from an old MJ game with a few added(bigfoot).

Not true. I have used Autodesk's inventor 2011 to make several parts that were used in the v3pack. They had to be reworked a tad, but blender is most certainly not the only program. As long as you can save as a .3ds, you can use any modeling software. Blender just happens to be the most compatible for ROR.
