  1. In .37, if i have sandstorm sky and HDR on. The sky goes black and the track seems to be lit. This can be seen on my youtube videos under themightykasey. In .38 with the same settings, the sky is like the normal sky in .37 with clouds even tho it says sandstorm, is there a way to get the black sky in .38?

  2. Hi Yall, i recently moved up to .38 for breakables and i like it more than .37.

    Here are my issues

my g27 works just fine, i just imported my .37 inout file into the input file of .38 it works except for the save load positions which were mapped to my paddles, any ideas?

also the only truck i can get to work is 2016 meents breakable. It is the only truck that shows up without a picture in the menu. THE camera doesnt move when parts break off, i thought it was supposed to. The rest either load without bodys, tires, or both, or just crash the game.

Also does the rpms change? I used marks engine files for .37 and they revved extremly high for .38. I took out the torqu curves and changed 950 to 2500 but 2500 acts like 3500? Ideas? Thank you guys for the help, this may have been asked before and i searched through the forums, but i couldnt find my exact issue

  3. I was pondering this today and was wondering your thoughts. What is the point of having the World Finals this early but continue to have shows right after? The finals should be the end. I know its the end of the first quarter but i think that if they are just gonna have show after show right after, then it needs to be at the end of the year with like a month off

Why has Monster Mutt never had a dynamic, exciting driver for a long period of time? Trucks like Monster Energy or Monster Mutt Dalmatian have always had just one or two exciting or strong drivers for years (Candice was a bit slow at first but improved pretty quickly). Everytime they get a stronger driver in Monster Mutt, they're out in two years, like Ryan Anderson (given SUD was waiting), Wine, O'Donnell, Creech, Kenny, and Bryan Winston. They've had decent drivers for a while like Tarlton but never just one or two exciting, dynamic drivers for a while. You'd think they'd put their best drivers in one of the most popular trucks. I know this post is a bit unrelated but something I've been wondering for a while.

I mean Dustin Brown did a pretty good job when he drove. And yea it was two years. I think the truck is dying out except for dalmation with Candice. Cynthia is a much better driver IMO but Candice works better with the crowds. Cynthia needs her own identity imo.

  5. Actually, after going back and heavily critiquing the three runs between Jim, Lee, and Neil... I know Lee had the front flip and a backflip. But his whole run prior to that felt so conservative. Barely clearing the dirt pad or not clearing it at all on many jumps and not really keeping his momentum or presence known. Jim and that beautiful sounding engine kept the throttle mashed and had great momentum and air. it was ear candy. Neil had better momentum, more air, seemed less conservative and then let it all hang out. Happy for Lee and those are the top 3 run definetly. In the end, Majority of Fans voted for Lee.

but im sure we all reacted like this kid did

  6. Last night was probably the greatest track of the dirt pad era. Competing with world finals 9 of the crush car era. What a great finals. We gave bryce crap for being in but he did a fantastic job. Voting worked. Right person won. Neil did excellent, but Lee completed the greatest move ever. The bus wasnt even touched and can prolly be reused

  7. Can anyone tell if the backside to that is just bus and cars? Or is the bus inside the pad. I like it either way but... we know which way is best.

Also since that middle ramp was huge, no way they can hit it 100% wihout ramming into the next dirt pad

i second the fact that overbored is one of the best sounding, looking, and handling pieces in the business.

Ill third that, I think a big issue with these tracks is once the truck isnt 100%, there isnt anything to do. Ryan in Orlando put one an excellent run with a flat tire, still getting air. But that is Ryan being Ryan. The only thing that can be done is air and the track isnt even conducive to that. Just because the design works wonders for arenas doesnt mean slap 2 of them in a stadium and it will be better.

not sure how close anyone else is following the points series(personally I think its awesome and one of the best things to come to monster jam, but would like to see some changes like the WF going back to 16 trucks) but Justin Sipes is running away with the point lead in the central tour and Krysten Anderson is barely out of last place. Which slightly bothers me because back in the early 2000's only the elite got the chance to drive a Grave Digger or Max-D(goldberg and team meent etc) and now Krysten, Colton, Jared, and Cole jump right into these trucks for their first seasons driving.

colton, jared, and cole are like 2-3 seasons in. First year of Kyrsten but she is his daughter so let her drive the truck.
