  1. You are completely and entirely missing the point if that is what you think is the reason. Just stop and actually think about it. Why is it that there are multiple Digger's and Max-D's at Vegas? Could it be that the drivers of them happen to be the best in the business? Neil Elliot, Morgan Kane, Cole Venard, Coty Saucier, Coloton Eichelberger and to lesser extents Charlie Paukens would be riding the bench if we went back to the one digger, max-d at vegas per year. Why should they be forced into another truck with a different identity just to participate? That is not fair to the actual driver of that truck regardless if they do not deserve a spot at Vegas and if they do that usually means they have to use a different truck or drape a body that does not fit (drastically effecting sightlines from in the cab and trust me, that shit makes a big difference when you come roaring into Sam Boyd at 60+mph strapped in tight wearing a Hans device).

I go to Vegas to see the best drivers perform at the best show of the year, I do not care about the name on the truck they drive, I want them to be 100% comfortable to do their thing and provide me with the maximum amount of entertainment.

  2. They made it work for ROR, making calculations client side would probably be the only way. Sorry to say but in my opinion, if there is no multiplayer there is really no reason to invest time in mods for the game.

    not bad.

then there is something else wrong, front should be 26" and the rear 30". There are plenty of good photos on the interwebs of a CRD truck sitting at "race" spec height and photos with the suspension fully dropped out. The trucks in the video look like they have too little.

It's the best we can do. The suspension travel is the bed we can get I believe.

Bummer, that was one of my major annoyances with MT's for ROR aswell.

Kind of thought my crash from Atlanta would be on when I ripped the whole front end out. So happy to run with such great people who I thought of as idles when I first started watching RoR. Will be back next season, really excited for it.

It was mostly based off of overall damage cost.

  7. Not even a contest, Ecowork tires were light years ahead of all every tire offered past and present. They were forced to shave and cut lugs because the traction was just too much (sidewall lugs actually caught the lower 4 links on full steering lock).

edy, this is kinda funny because i remember making a thread exactly like this, but then people got triggered and mad and said that the people should be free and they shouldn't have to upgrade (which i find pretty stupid tbh just considering that it's almost 2017 yet people are still using old stuff).

so although it's a good thread (tbh i love this thread and i support it) the whole upgrading thing won't happen because people are gonna get ticked and be like "oi but i loved 0.37 ;-;" "oi i loved blender 2.49b" "oi i loved the old stuff".

What triggered people was the assumption that change is just as easy as making the thread. You do realize that 4.5 was considered to be one of the most unstable multiplayer versions of ROR? Just because something is new does not necessarily mean it is better, so ya when threads like that popped up and were always by (no offence to you) people that no clue on what the change to newer versions would do for content or running events because they did neither of them. As someone who has been around since this site has existed, there was hope that BeamNG would be alot better then it was when it was released so the prospect of continuing on in ROR seemed pointless and at the time most of the updates of ROR were not great either. But from the inside looking out (and vice versa), things always looks greener on the other side...

  9. open the truck file you saved your changes to, copy the Nodes line 0-128 and paste that over the truck file you are using for the truck (I recommend using a throw away truck file or a duplicate just to be safe). The truck file importer/exporter for Blender in finicky as I am sure you have found out.
