ogre importer/exporter wont show up in blender

i literally tried everything and cant get the ogre importer and exporter to show up in blender idk what to do 

sorry for spamming the help thread lately

Whatever is your main HD (C:) Users/(whatever your name choice is)AppData/Roaming/Blender Foundation/.blender/scripts
They go there.

still nothing idk why it wont work unless i downloaded the wrong thing i put the all the files to ogremesh tool in it and the scripts that came with the blender 2.49 and essentials also but nothing 

i put the scripts in where you said to put them, do i have to export them? i can send a pic of what i have to see if its right or not

on my laptop i downloaded it straight from the sight and it was there and now on my new computer it wont show up with the same link and everything
