Redid Outlawed's Racesource chassis a bit and made it more accurate to the Standard frames Pablo built in the early 2000s for King Krunch and Devastator. I used the properly scaled Team Suzuki 03 Silverado to model the chassis to fit. I figured out the problem while watching Houston 04, and it worked flawlessly. 

I shortened the nose of the chassis, lengthened/widened the cab, and lengthened the bed rail. I'll probably do King Krunch, El Matador, The Patriot, and Tropical Thunder as well eventually.

posting this for posterity's sake. I'm scrapping this project. Found out some folks were lying to my face and acting like a friend when in reality they were only encouraging me to set me on a path to fail. I don't really want to waste my time on something that feels inauthentic. Plus the WNB folks decided they wanted to snipe the project from me, so expect something from them on that front. Idk. I'm out of motivation for this game, and for this community. I need to move on. This is the last update I'll be posting on this site.

These two screenshots were taken after rounding out the front of the cab to fit more flush to the windshield, lowering the bed rails, and narrowing the frame rails significantly. Not shown (because the blend is already deleted and gone) were the new cab wall, the adjusted shockmounts, the narrowed swaybar mounts, new racerback, rescaled engine and transmission, and adjusted nodebeam to accommodate all of that. I had all of it exported, and ready to put it in game for a new update post, but honestly... I don't regret nuking it. Enjoy the "official wnb" devastator and all that, it's probably gonna be way better than what I could put out with zero resources learning Blender by fumbling in the dark with youtube tutorials and whatever reference shots I could pull from the youtube membership.
