Well the time has come and gone once again for this event.  Like last year i went the second and final night of competition and aside from the absolutely absurd, horrid and completely wrong racing calls that were made, it was still a great overall night.

Name: Gaitherburg 2013

Venue: Montgomery County Fairgrounds Grandstands

Racing Style: Straight line Drag

Ill try and update this thread with more videos and photos as they surface.  The show was only last night so its hard to find some stuff right now.

Other Details:  Id like the second event to be made, which is the one that i have pictured above.  It also has the car pyramid for freestyle unlike the first night.  Racing was a straight line with a decent size roller near the bus.  The backflip ramp was only for equalizer and it was at an angle going in between the car pyramid and van.  Trucks also weren't allowed to hit it from the back side because it was too close to the fence.  And if someone really wants to get crazy, the racing car set closest to the grandstand side launched the trucks more than the pit area side, and during the wheelie contest, the grandstand side car was a lot tougher to get a wheelstand on. The bus stack was a ramp to bus to van to ramp.  so no cars were used in that stack.

It looks like a fun track to drive on.  I look forward to see if anyone attempts it. Thanks!

IMO most of his tracks are near the top quality wise.  But thanks for taking on the challenge!  The only thing i would suggest about your previous model is adding a fence to the end of the track with the pine trees, and since i saw your stage and port-o-potty that you put into your recent track why not throw that and the little gazebo type thing in here?  you can see them from the videos.  And moving the green containers over towards the grandstand.  The 2012 track had small trees on end end when it had the green semi trailers.  Looking forward to the progress on this! thanks!
