For starters, on the graphics tab on the config, change the screenshot format from jpg to png. However your game looks ingame is how the screenshot will look. So if you run the game at high settings, the screenshot will look better. Play around with the graphics settings and video mode under the render system tab until you get something that looks good ingame and in screenshots.
