Some people don't really care whether you do or not, and on the flip side of that, some people throw an absolute tantrum if you don't ask them and release it anyway. Outlawed Posted December 5, 2012 Author Share Posted December 5, 2012 the general "unspoken" rule is atleast make the effort to give credit, I will be honest that since your new to the site it will be impossible to break down exactly who did what in the V4 pack so generally what people do is list the stuff they made and just put something to the effect of "all other parts/textures used are from the V4 pack". we try to be sticklers on here as we want more people making stuff and contributing! 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Casey Graves Posted December 5, 2012 Share Posted December 5, 2012 Any truck that is in the pack is fair game to use stuff from, the main reason we put it out is so others can enjoy it and build upon it. Just be sure to state your source in the credits when you release the truck. Also if its someones custom truck just ask their permission if you can borrow stuff of it for your own use, nobody has a problem with it most of the time.
