I swear if they do fan judging, I'm gonna flip. The WF5 judging incident was the biggest disgrace in monster jam history and drivers even said [on live tv] that there's something up with the judges. Even Dennis was pissed. Plus, there have been several cases this year where Charlie would either get in first place or win with more than thirty seconds on the clock (minus bonus time)

So then what is going to protect the wall from a wild Titan appearing in the tall grass?

Hopefully that extra barrier that they had last year.

Im gonna be the black sheep and say right now. Never before have drivers had the resources to push the trucks like they do now. Sure we all complain about the decisions Feld makes, but honestly an average show today is better than a great show back in 2010. Yes it would be nice to see more crush cars and bus stacks, but all dirt, when not stupidly steep, has made for some of the best shows.

Actually, avenger's is pretty cool. It just seems like the texture is dry or something. Although, I do agree: Titan is gonna be epic. Donald seems like the guy that loves to perfect a paint job.

It is the cluttered track that makes the track bad. It is too congested, and there is no doubt in my mind it will be a bad track just like last year.

Lets hope that it meets even the slightest bit of our expectations though. I mean, its the World Finals. We should be excited about what were going to see! Not complaining about how the track will be. I mean, who knows? We might get a decent track. Let's all just enjoy the fact that we have an event like the World Finals. 

I really hope this track looks good. I don't care if it's cluttered or not I just want an awesome track. Plus, look at the dirt that's all the way near the starting lines. Is that dirt for the track or are we seeing a new racing style?

When do you think was he Golden Age of Monster Jam or Monster Trucks in general? If you can, name the most important events in that time period.

I think the golden age of monster jam would be around 06-09 because most of the better drivers like Tony Farrel and Courtney Jolly (just throwing names out). There was also a ton of track varieties and there were a lot more unique obstacles.

Well 37 is still the only one your not going to have any problems with anything working and leagues still use. A few of us have 38/39 for the little bit better optimization they offer but deal with a few problems so it depends. If you dont want to worry about any problems then 37. If you dont mind having a few trucks dont work or have to edit a couple things in truck files to get that truck to work better in exchange for a little bit better optimizing then 39

Thanks. I guess I'll go with 37 until that gd 20 pack comes out since it has breakability. When those are released I'll probably switch to 38.19 because it has a great amount of fps and I don't get any problems with trucks from 37.

Sup. With people switching to 38 and 39, what version should I use?

I really hate to bump this, but, why not use 38.19? All of the 37 stuff and such works fine. No invisible tires, no error 5 or 6, etc.

Well, after staring in astonishment on how far this site has gone since I left, I'm returning. All I need to know is what version I should use (I saw rockgods grave digger pack and I saw the break ability. Plus, the discussion of 39.5) and stuff. Even though no one cared that I was taking a break from this stuff, (it's fine, I really didn't care) I'm happy I'm back. Lastly, don't expect me online often, I've been having troubles with that. But, expect me to be active on the forums.

Stampedes are the same size as wheely kings so almost any pede body will fit a king nicely, also (if you haven't already) I highly recommend that you stretch the wb to 11in. You can do that easily by replacing the stock shock/4link mount with a set of crawler king ones (there a little longer at the bottom). Here read this thread one of my buds at rcmt.net took his stock wk and made it awesome.

I'm not looking to have the wheels that far apart. I'm on a budget. Also, I'm looking for a more realistic wheelbase.

CPE is releasing a full metal plate chassis that will come with 4-links, sway bars and mounting plates for the wheely king.  (I'm pretty sure.)  It's pretty much all you have to do is take off the plastic chassis plates and bolt those on.  Also, when you buy it, they will powder coat it any color you want.
