  1. Hm. *i did not put any effort into this other than putting text over an existing paint on an existing truck and i do not intend on releasing this
  2. Dunno if it's big enough news, but Madusa is being reported to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame this year, and the ceremony is held on March 28th, the same day as World Finals XVI Freestyle. So it's possible she either doesn't show up to the ceremony and competes, or she has a fill-in driver for freestyle.
  3. Yes Feld can make less steep jumps, but how some drivers take it is not Feld's fault. It's at the driver's discretion on how hard they want to hit it.
  4. THURSDAY FEBRUARY 26, 2015 FROM THE DJM & FRIENDS INC. HEADQUARTERS IN CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: With the SMRA Head Officials releasing the overall tour schedules for the 2015 season, we here at DJM & Friends Inc. (with our ever-so-high popularity with fans all around the world) thought it would be a nice idea to release our own truck-specific tour schedules, which can be found below. We hope to see you on the track, and in the stands. (if you want a template of one of these, feel free to ask)
  5. I'm on the side that says if it was anywhere but Vegas, it wouldn't feel like the World Finals. Also, let's be honest here, moving into a different stadium that would have more seating capacity would probably not be good. Monster Jam can hardly fill most normal stadium shows, let alone something like the LA Coliseum or Olympic Park. Yes it would be the finals, but ticket prices are still quite high for most of the mid to lower middle class (which lets be honest, that's where the majority of general monster truck fans are, myself included). Feld would have to pull off one hell of a miracle marketing strategy to draw in enough people to make it even look like those stadiums are near capacity. The smaller seating capacity for Sam Boyd makes it (like it was stated earlier) feel more like an exclusive event, and no matter how you look at it, it always looks like a full house of people in the stands. And like it was also said earlier, Sam Boyd has the perfect amount of space for truck staging and the pit party which holds well over the amount of trucks competing. I don't think you can find anywhere else like that without having to block off parts of needed parking lot space for other stadiums.
  6. Changing a track doesn't change the size of the already built stadium with a fixed floor size. That's not how architecture works. Sam Boyd is still factually one of, if not the smallest stadium floor Monster Jam goes to every year. It doesn't matter what track design they have, its still a small floor space.
  7. Boy Scouts is on Lupe's El Toro chassis and Lupe is driving it.
  8. Nicer Fiberwerx body variants (F-150, Chevy, Raptor) would be nice to have.
  9. More things about Oakland, looks like they are actually leaving the center ramp as a launch ramp, and some of the obstacles don't look as steep as previous shows. Also (kind of a bad picture) Jacksonville looks to be the same way, featuring some not-as-steep obstacles, Maybe driver complaints have worked? Who knows.
  10. Starting on a collab. project with Mason, making repli-custom versions of both Mopar and Monster Magic. All I'm doing is painting it, Mason is putting everything else together, which he'll post about whenever.
  11. I mean, this is for showing your projects and for giving people constructive criticism on said projects.
  12. Short answer, no. Long answer, no, because you'll crash everyone in the server.
  13. The ATV's and UTV's are hella entertaining. Especially since they aren't just random drivers no ones ever heard of or cares about, it the monster truck drivers themselves. And technically no, it isn't copyright since we don't make a profit on any of the content made in this community.
  14. They don't use us for advice for the simple fact of they're professionals, and we're not. It's that simple.
  15. So what promotion is this and why was there someone on the floor while the trucks were racing? He easily could've gotten himself seriously hurt or even killed considering the truck came to a rest exactly where he was standing.
  16. File Name: Gunslinger 1995-1997 File Submitter: Double.D File Submitted: 09 Feb 2015 File Category: V4 Replica Finally decided to finish this. I've always liked the Gunslinger truck, and since Roach was having a competition for 90's tube trucks, this was my excuse to make one of my favorite versions. It probably won't win, but at least I can say I tried, and more content under my belt is always a good thing. The four-links aren't lined up because I'm a big dumb idiot who doesn't understand the concept of how to move them in the truck file because they just have to be different than moving other props. Credits: Myself- Paint, body edits Kozak- Chassis Johan- Rims Klayton- Tires Andrew Sheets- Body Crazy- Radiator RKM- Gauges Chris Hamilton's Monster Jam Official Yearbook (The real MVP here)- Gunslinger logo Roach- Mega Power logo V4/4.5 Makers- Everything else. YOU WILL NEED BEAU4x4's SOUNDPACK FOR THIS TO WORK! Click here to download this file

  18. If you mean on the Championship Series, they probably just wanted some fresher names and faces on the tour rather than ones people are already very familiar with, although neither Neil nor Chuckie are all that unknown. It also could be that they thought if it were Dennis and Tom on the tour with fan judging, that they would take more wins over the other trucks, and so by adding the others it makes the race for points closer. Or I might just be talking out of my ass, but uh, you know. Oh whale.
  19. Yeah, they've been doing that since Anaheim 2, where instead of having the launch ramp, they cut into the launch side or make it a step up. Not really a fan of it, but it is what it is.
