  1. Here is my first track created with Blender. The track is the 2013 NJ Monster Truck Beach Nationals in Wildwood, NJ. The only flaw is that there are suppose to be monster truck semi trailers where the dumpsters are. The reason I used dumpsters is because I couldn't find any monster truck semi trailer models. I will also recolor the boardwalk to make it look like a darker brown. Other than that it's not bad for my first attempt at creating a fully exported and running track from Blender. One more thing I need help with. When I rename the track in the .terrn file to "Wildwood, NJ 2013" and when I open up Rigs of Rods to the track selection menu the title comes up as just "Wildwood". Any help on how to fix this so the full title appears in the track selection menu?
  2. I still think Steve Koehler should have gotten this chassis. Well hopefully Brad Allen will improve while driving this chassis.
  3. A few things I learned today while at 'Advance Auto Parts' Monster Jam today in Philadelphia, PA: Dennis Anderson, Ryan Anderson, and surprisingly Scott Douglass (I was not expecting him to be there) all told me that they haven't heard when the Monster Jam Path of Destruction show will be next year at Lincoln Financial Field here in Philadelphia, PA. Adam Anderson told me that the reason why he got rid of the King shocks is because he is getting a brand new chassis for 2014, and the King shocks don't fit on this new chassis. Adam will still have the same ideal shock setup like the King's but they will be more like Carl Van Horn's Grave Digger #23 shock setup. Damon Bradshaw told me that the reason why he didn't drive his own chassis in Arnhem, Holland last week and why George Balhan drove Damon's chassis in Mexico City, Mexico last week was because Damon's chassis was already in Mexico the week before last week, so it was a long shot to get Damon's chassis to Arnhem, Holland within a week. So Damon's chassis was kept in Mexico and George drove it in Mexico City, Mexico while Damon drove Todd Leduc's Metal Mulisha chassis in Arnhem, Holland. Also, Damon Bradshaw was driving Cam McQueen's Northern Nightmare chassis here in Philadelphia, PA.
  4. I just saw a much clearer video of the monster truck driving into the crowd. It's best not to put the link to the video here, it's horrifying. It most certainly is a tragedy, but just like a few weeks ago when El Perro Loco almost drove into a crowd of spectators that were "on the track", these spectators were as well "floor level" with the monster truck. Something has to be done with the safety of monster truck shows in Mexico. Do monster truck shows in Mexico have RII systems by chance? But either way, this is just a sad thing to see.
  5. I was expecting an arena sized Chicago style course, like FELD has been doing at some arena shows during the 1st quarter of this year. But this layout will suffice for me. Same with me, I will be going Sunday.
  6. Zane Rettew told me in Wildwood, NJ this past weekend that he in his new Stinger will be performing at Monster Jam shows in 2014. If you need proof, play this video and go to 0:54. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nv3w7FKCyqs
  7. It definitely is sad to see Chris Bergeron step away from monster trucks. It was a pleasure seeing Chris Bergeron perform many times in person. Now I wonder who will be the new driver of Brutus, or if Brutus will be running anymore.
  8. Dave Radzirez in XDP sent his diesel sky high in Wildwood, NJ yesterday night. Here's the video I took of the jump. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Yl3bG1Z0yM
  9. When Joe landed he was so close to replicating his practice jump crash from 2010. But still I am very proud of Joe. Now we wait to see what Bigfoot 4x4 Inc. will do in the near future to try and reclaim the record back.
  10. Forget Aaron Basil, Scooby-Doo driven by "Linsey Weenk"? There's FELD being all wonky again.
  11. Congratulations Joey on taking back the world record again, i'm proud of you very much. Now I wonder how long it will be until Dan Runte in Bigfoot will try to take back the record again?
  12. I would suggest making the 3d face a little bit more detailed, after that then I would think your 10th anniversary Maximum Destruction's are good for download to us all.
  13. Adam Anderson uploaded yesterday a video of Richard Midgette's new engine dyno for the new FELD shop at Digger's Dungeon. All I have to say is that this is just beautiful to hear. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1W7txHqKBnE
  14. I don't know about Hagan but I actually heard Dennis Anderson himself talk about a brand new chassis maybe being made for him. I heard it on Monster Truck Radio. I am still not 100% sure if it will happen or not, we will all just have to wait and see what does happen. http://themonsterblog.us/2013/02/25/monster-truck-radio-022513-show-504/ Go to 10:33
  15. I know FELD has made a Dennis Anderson toy, but I don't know if anyone has seen this but now there is a George Balhan and Tom Meents toy. Now you talk about baby faces...
  16. I know you play Rigs of Rods because we played together once, but I didn't know you used to have an account here. But either way welcome back to the forums Dalton.
  17. My 2 vehicles I would like to own. 1994 Chevy Silverado *Heavily Lifted* (Instead of a red paint job it will be black; King Shocks instead of these shocks; No front grill protector) 1957 Chevy Bel Air (Instead of a red paint job it will be just like Jim Koehler's Avenger paint job)
  18. Believe me it's a very nice paint job indeed. The only thing is that it has a hip hop style to it, and I hate hip hop with all my well being. So even though I like the paint job at the same time I have to hate it.
  19. This video is from New Weston, OH tonight. At 2:42 what in the world was Tom Meents thinking? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dgrClor0H5Y
  20. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-YhSyFYQMog I'm not a big movie person but this sounds really exciting to see. My only concern is how this movie will portray monster trucks in general. Correctly would be having it be for all ages including teenagers and adults. Incorrectly would be having it be completely geared only towards the little 5 - 7 year old kids. But's that's just my view on the matter, so what do you think of this whole scenario?
  21. In my opinion if a truck is going to run with a trophy truck body, that team should put a new paint job on the body as well to conform to the trophy truck body. For example the lettering of the 'Lucas Oil' Stabilizer is cutting through the cut out middle side areas, it just doesn't look right that way with the same paint job. So that's just my opinion, if a truck is running with a trophy truck body, design a new paint job to conform to the new trophy truck body.
  22. This now means that the oldest running Grave Digger now is Pablo Huffaker's #16. Does anyone know what year Pablo Huffaker's chassis was built and debut in?
  23. Now that's one nice looking body. I hope to see this body on one of the Bigfoot's here in America.
  24. Was there J Hook or St. Louis style racing there? Still that looked like a hell of a track other than it looked like it rained there and didn't dry up completely in time.
