Solid night for me, lost to Matt in the second round after we both fliped the first time we raced which was pretty funny imo. Solid freestyle with a 24 just barely missed filling the clock but all in all not a bad night since this was basically the first time I ran the current physics since AME2. Congrats to Mark on the clean sweep of the night as well

Just a reminder if you havn't joined already and want to you better do it before the 500 because once the season starts you won't be able to join till after the 12th race of the season

Guys remember the maximum texture size is 1024x1024, anything above this is unnecessary because of the loss of detail when the texture is ingame it will look the same as a 1024 texture and will create a major fps drop for everyone. So if you see your truck has been removed from the downloads or hasn't been approved make sure your texture size is right. EDIT ~LF Any Vehicle or Track that is not being ran in the official league is not subject to these restrictions.

Jordan in response to Bill, I think he was just helping out Joe Nemechek because he had a provisional there for him if Terry qualified in which didn't happen and Joe has been bringing two cars to daytona for a few years now. Not to mention Bill is a hell of alot better than Conway. The pack racing really disappointed me, they raced hard the first few laps then it was a train race till the last two laps. The overheating issue is really hurting the Toyota teams too it seems, I am pretty sure every team had an issue with getting hot during the duel though it will be about 20 degrees cooler on sunday so we will see what happens but I think blown motors will be the talk of the 500 this year which really is gonna suck because Nascar is so uptight about the tango. IMHO I would rather see tango racing back with 90 or so lead changes than the whole field single file afraid to pass each other because you'll get shuffled back to the back of the pack if you don't have a partner. Also forgot to add, Jr looks like he has one bad fast racecar, if he doesn't get wrecked I think he's got the car to beat. Don't know how many times he came from the back to front in the first duel and prob would have won it if the caution didn't come out

They never get old, it puts the whole team to the test, enigineers need to build motors that are efficient, crew chief needs to map out when they will stop and how long they make it and the driver needs to save as much as he can but still running as hard as possible, and imo if you can win a race on fuel mileage your doing something right.

Would run incab but in .37 it is the fov is waaaaay off no matter where you put it. They have since fixed this in .39 so I am happy that is whenever we decide to switch

Hoepfully they got all of their wrecking out of themselfs on Saturday night, would really like to see the race with minimal cautions and set itself up for a fuel mileage race, because imo that's what daytona has lacked for years and has made for some of the most exciting races because you are just sitting on your seat waiting for someone to run out of gas much like the Coke 600 last year
