  1. Another sale. Obsession racing has sold one of their 2 DKP chassis, the one wild card has been running. As with Turbulence the new owner is unknown at this time so it'll stay with Obsessed for now until the new owner is public. The reason of the sale is that theres a rumour going around that the Swanson's are the owners of the new blue Metal Shop chassis sitting in the background of many Metal Shop pictures, and is scheduled to be shipped to the Swansons around thanksgiving.
  2. Another sale! As you all know by now, Team Throttle Monster is building a brand new Eddie chassis to replace the Vendetta KCM- but it’s not being retired. They have sold the KCM to Elliott Miller who will be expanding to 2 trucks to go along with sinistar. It seems the KCM will become Reckless Driving- tho it’s unknown what will happen to the current reckless driving truck. The KCM chassis debuted as Kamikaze in 2016, then became Vendetta in 2018 and has been Vendetta since.
  3. Scratch that, Mike Harper has been revealed as the buyer of split personalty
  4. I was, thanks for the heads up. Not sure how I missed that lol Also, Split Personality has been sold, both the race truck and ride truck to a new owner in Texas according to the team. It's unknown at this time who got the truck, so for now Arliss will stay listed as the owner just as Turbulence has for now. Ed Eckert still has Full Boar for sale, and Roger Gauger has both County Mounty and Bootlegger for sale. Gunslinger is also still for sale as well.
  5. Harper only bought the trailer. The Gunslinger truck is for sale but Harper did not buy the Gunslinger the truck or semi, just the trailer. Creten is borrowing the trailer for now. In other news John Fitzgerald has sold his 2nd Turbulence truck to an undisclosed buyer. For now the truck will stay in Johns name until the new owner is announced. The truck is a J&B that debuted in 2016 as Stinger, then ran as Master of Disaster in 2017-2018. Rettew sold it in 2019, and it ran one time at a race track in CA with Barry Parkin driving, then Lee Plato bought it. The only time it ran under Platos ownership was as Mizz Titan for a few shows in 2021, before Lee sold it to John, who hasn't done anything with the truck since buying it.
  6. They do but that doesn’t really apply to this thread lol. Anyways Ryan and Josh Holman have expanded again, purchasing Roger Gaugers first Quadzilla that was built in the late 90s. Roger sold the truck and it sat with another owner since 2006 and it was recently posted for sale and the Holmans scooped it up. They of course also have Amped Up and the former Illuminator PEI that they’re rebuilding
  7. Another new truck built! Former Straight Up Racing driver Tim Manchester has built his own truck, named Hillbilly, which debuted for Insanity at Klamath Falls, Oregon this past weekend. It is a home built chassis
  8. Monster Truckz has expanded, adding a brand new Eddy chassis sporting the Ballistic body. They’re now up to 6 trucks, also owning Country Boy, Hang Loose, Avalanche, Beach Bum, and Gold Digger
  9. Another sale- Chris Whatley has sold his truck Mississippi Nightmare to Kevin Lubsen, who has changed the name to SWAT. Lubsen now owns 4 trucks. Before Whatley owned it, the truck was the Citrus County Speedway truck in Florida, and before that it was Rislone Defender, owned by Greg Adams who also built the truck.
  10. 2 more sales have occured in the monster truck industry! The first is 2xtreme racing is officially expanding with 5 trucks; purchasing the old Evil Twizt truck from Tre Knight, which sports a fairly new Flame Motorsports chassis. The truck will be named Brutal and debuts July 9th in Elkhorn Wisconsin. The other purchase is a newcomer into the sport. Brandon Swick has purchased Stripling Warrior, which is the former Maniac PEI chassis. Stripling Warrior was 100% completed after being freshened up, but never competed. Brandon has named it Geronimo, sporting a 61 Chevy pickup body. It will debut June 18th at the MTRL event in Salida, Colorado. Edit to add a 3rd sale: it’s been announced that Mike Harper has expanded and purchased Black Gold; the former teammate truck to Creten’s new truck Brutal. It is unclear what body this truck will run, but Harper will be at 10 trucks, as he is also building a brand new truck as well. My guess is he will have 2 tours running 4 trucks with 1 backup truck for each tour
  11. Nick Migues IronWarrior 0054 Iron Warrior https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.mediafire.com/file/vryuk4ppkzf85od/IronWarrior2021.zip/file&sa=D&source=editors&ust=1653774476522482&usg=AOvVaw20CIztV9YeT7hdVCYwfHzx
  12. Kurt Krahmer would be the best competitor at world finals 21.
  13. Kevin Lubsen has expanded Bucking Bronco racing, purchasing the old No Problem 3 chassis from Tim Jones and turning it into Canadian Crusher which will debut in Montreal.
  14. A few purchases not made by James! Vern House expanded to 3 trucks, buying the Superhero truck and putting the Tyrone the Terrible body on it for Monster Truckz. Jeff and Melanie Gottwald have sold Illuminator to Ryan Holman.
  15. James Trantina continues to make more noise in the monster truck industry. He has announced the purchase of 2 of JR McNeals trucks. James will be getting the 2 in house chassis- the green chassis that was Xtermigator, and the grey chassis that was Jack Browns FTI Torque. James is also getting the 3D Gator and Wolf bodies, but not the Xtermigator or Wolfs Head names. JR is keeping the PEI chassis which is Razin Kane and Jamie Sullivan’s FTI Torque. The list will be updated to reflect James purchases when he takes ownership of said trucks.
  16. James Trantina continues to make waves in monster trucks. In Feburary, he made his 2022 debut, with Logan Tweedy driving Bearly Tame on the cohen chassis in Topeka, KS. Then he made some big news when he debuted his Bearfoot, with Logan Tweedy driving, on the MOD PEI truck, sporting the red Dodge body he got from Paul. He has also shared that the former Pretty Wicked PEI will be debuting in Council Bluffs, IA March 12th, as the all new USA-1 with Rodney Tweedy behind the wheel. James has also shared a graphic of all the names he owns, as well as all the names he plans on running in 2022. Along with USA-1, Bearfoot, and Bearly Tame, James plans on bringing out his own Monster Patrol, Carolina Crusher, Captain USA, Wild Thang, Rampage, and Jesse James' Cadaver. He has shared teaser shots of new crew shirts for Rampage, Carolina Crusher and Monster Patrol. He also said Monster Patrol will be driven by a girl Kasey Kromschodder(may have spelled that wrong), and the MP crew shirt sported mostly pink, so we could be seeing a new design for the MP truck. Lastly, he announced he has purchased Darren Migues' operation of Nitro Menace and Jailbird. Darren recently performed in his final show in Wichita, KS, and has now sold the trucks. The trucks will finish the Monster Jam Arena Tour West in May, and then James will taken ownership. Darren is retaining the Nitro Menace and Jailbird names. Its assumed that Cadaver and MP and Wild Thang(Ozz Monster) will be on the trucks that James got from Paul, while Crusher Rampage and Captain USA will be on newly purchased trucks. Its looking to be an exciting year for Triple B Motorsports and monster trucks in general. Thomas Borders, owner of the Never Satisifed truck, has also announced they are expanding a 2nd truck debuting this summer, bringing the Monkey Business name back with title sponsor Raybestos Powertrain. Thomas will be in the new Monkey Business truck, while father Don returns for a final tour in Never Satisified and will be training Thomas' daughter to take over the truck in 2023.
  17. Yes, James Trantina just made the biggest purchase ever- Paul Shafer motorsports. This purchase is huge. As you all know, James already owns 3 trucks- USA-1, Master of Diaster and Bearly Tame. He has now added to that list. He got 7 race trucks-Captain USA(bearfoot 12, I think.), Carolina Crusher(also an old bearfoot truck?), Bearfoot(the world record 4.59 one), Monster Patrol(dodge PEI), Jesse James Cadaver, Ozz Monster, and Rampage, altho there has not been any pics released of Rampage being taken from storage and transported yet. He also got 7 names for sure-he claims 13, but some of the info there is sketchy- Captain USA, Carolina Crusher, Bearfoot, Monster Patrol, Wild Thang, Boogey Van, and Rampage. What his plans are with all of this are unclear. For clarification, heres what it affects: Mike Harper has discontinued his versions of Carolina Crusher and Bearfoot-Bear has been replaced by Texas Stomper. It is unclear if this will affect Harpers running of Crusher for TNT Unfinished Business, altho Harper has said it won't. Phelps Motorsports will continue to operate their Monster Patrol and Bearfoot trucks. It is unsure whether this will affect Jeff Bainters Captain USA truck, altho since theyve already coexisted, it most likely will not. Vern House will no longer be reviving Wild Thang, and I think his 2nd truck will remain Super Trooper.
  18. A few quick moves to beign 2022. PEI has officially expanded to 2 trucks, running Mega Wrex and Tiger Shark overseas for Hot Wheels. Throttle Monster has officially expanded to 6 trucks, tying them for the 2nd largest independent team. The Comos also have 6 trucks, but have not debuted the newest 2, which is Strait Jacket and a brand new PEI chassis. Mike Harpers #team1990 has expanded once again, now up to 8 trucks! Harper is also dropping the Carolina Crusher and Bearfoot names with names TBA. Harper expanded adding a brand new front engine truck, which debuted as Bearfoot but will be changing names. Harper now has 3 front engine trucks(Outlaw, Bearfoot, F150 El Oso Loco), a rear engine wilman(Mercury Sheriff), 3 Racesources(Outlaw, Sheriff, Carolina Crusher), and a PEI(3D El Oso Loco). Ricky Fowler sold his 2nd truck to newcomer Ryan Dietrech, which is a GONBIG frame that has had alot of owners. It was originally built by Colin Van Dyke as Island Outlaw, before being sold and renamed Alberta Outlaw, then coming to the states to Ricky as Texas Outlaw, and is now Outlaw Wrangler owned by Ryan. Guess it was destined to be named Outlaw.
  19. A few more moves as we close in on the end of 2021! Larry Overman is building a brand new PEI truck called the Watchman, which has yet to debut. The team is set to debut in 2022, as a 2 truck team- the team also purchased Hardwired from Benji Wilmore, which was formerly Stinger 1, and has also acquired the Freedom Force name, and will be running that in 2022. The Comos are expanding once again, as they have just announced the purchase of Kevin King's Strait Jacket truck, expanding to 6 trucks. This makes them the 2nd largest independent team, behind Mike Harpers #team1990 which has 7 trucks. Andy Hoffman may have sold Nitemare, but it is said he is reassembling the War Wagon truck, though its unknown which body he will run on the truck. Vern House has acquired the Wild Thang name and will be running in 2022, though unknown if its replacing Super Trooper or Dysfunctional names.
  20. Monster trucks continue to be on the move! Lots of updates, some old, some pretty new. Check it out. Monster Truckz expanded a few months back purchasing John Fitzgeralds Turbulence and turning it into Avalanche, and they also purchased Country Boy, which has kept its namesake. John Fitzgerald wouldn’t stay out of it for long, as he purchased the old J&B Master of Disaster from Lee Plato. The only appearances it made under Lees ownership was as Mizz Titan with Becky McDonough driving. Team Throttle Monster is expanding again, this time adding a Metal Shop chassis. The 6th truck for them will be Paul Jensens newest Jurassic Attack making it 3 dinos, and is set to debut in January 2022. PEI has also expanded, adding a 2nd race truck which will debut over seas on the Hot Wheels Monster Truck live tour, sporting the Mega Wrex body. As many know by now, James Tarantina purchased the USA1 name from Everrett Jasmer, and bought 3 of Zane Rettew’s 4 trucks. He took ownership of Master Of Disaster and the Pretty Wicked trucks back in September, where MOD debuted USA1 under James ownership, and Wicked ran as Bearly Tame. James is soon to take ownership of the Cohen Bearly tame, which will either stay Bearly or become MOD, as James also purchased the Bearly & MOD names. The mini monster kids are growing up and moving up! In 2019, Shane & Lee Plato purchased one of Allen Pezos PEI frames, and after a major overhaul by SUR the truck debuted in the summer of 2021 as the full size Skull Krusher. They also bought the J&B MOD, but sold it to John Fitzgerald as noted earlier, and then bought Rod Wood’s McGruff truck and turned it into Scattered for Lee to pilot. Colton & Richie Kiser of the American Scout mini have just purchased Andy Hoffmans Nitemare truck, look for it to debut in 2022! Dave & Tucker Rife of the Top Dog mini monster- as well as the MTRL owners- purchased Viper from Rich Blackburn, which is set to debut in 2022 as well. Mike & Mason Mentor of the Warhead mini monster went the route of building brand new, taking delivery of a brand new KCM chassis to become the full size Warhead. Speaking of mini monsters, the Pagliarulo’s just got the old Skull Krusher mini monster, and they also got PEI chassis #3. The new truck will run as Jester in 2022, with the current Jester becoming Kraken, and the current Kraken will later in 22 debut as Wreckcreation. Terry Woodrooster also expanded, purchasing Unnamed & Untamed from Sam Sturges. Sammy also sold Rat Attack to the driver of the truck Jacob Ladwig. 1/2 Pint has also reappeared, now owned by James Collett and running the name Shameless. Cody Bengford debuted a new truck named Roadkill, named after his father Dusty’s truck of the same name from the 90s. The Comos are also expanding, buying a new PEI chassis from Larry Birch, who was going to use it to recreate Devils Dodge.
  21. Yeah James will get the Cohen at the end of the year once Zane finishes out his tour. I think pretty wicked will probably end up as MOD eventually since the Cohen is already painted to match the bear
  22. But hot tamale should be on iron outlaw not the CRD
