I am home now. Most other parts of New Jersey got absolutely decimated. I was lucky, only really getting the wind and not the rain. No damage to the house...hell we didn't even lose power. Someone had to have been looking out for my family. Thank you everyone for the support of not just me, but everyone involved in the storm. Hope everyone made it out safely.

Small update. I am no longer in my house...I evacuated about an hour ago. It hasn't started getting bad yet, but better to be safe than sorry. I will have a computer to use, so you will be hearing from me. Stay safe everyone!

Locking this thread. It was dead before...lets keep it that way.

This has got me really worried, more so than Irene. I live in a flood zone...in a ranch house. Irene dumped 7 feet of water in my basement last year. I walked out of my house in at least 7 feet of water in my front yard. Sandy is projected to dump 15+ inches of rain in this area...with up to 60 mile per hour winds. That is enough rain to make it to where I won't have a house to come back to. This has been on my mind for several days now. Keep my family and I in your thoughts. I will be evacuating my house on Sunday, so whatever happens after that will be in mother natures hands. I hope everyone can stay safe during this. *Note: I am posting this now because I am moving everything movable on my first floor, and I do not know if/when I will be able to get back on the computer.

No, you could not. You cannot paint trucks in a truck file. You cannot build chassis in a truck file.

Here is the easiest way to solve this. Take EVERYTHING out of packs. Open the SMV4Pack Zip file and extract it to Vehicles in the Rigs Of Rods folder inside your "My Documents". All the files of the pack should be in there at this point. Then, whenever you download a truck, open the Zip file of said truck, and repeat the process. Extract the contents into vehicles with all the other files. Then you should be all set and everything should be working properly. Hope this helped!

It isn't as simple as asking how to create a truck. You need to be able to build all the components. If you want a custom truck, you need to make the body for it, then the chassis, paint it, put all the components into it, and get it placed in-game. If you want to mix n' match truck parts, an example being putting the Ford F-150 body on a CRD with a custom paint, you would have to go through almost the same steps. You need knowledge of all the programs needed, and you need to somewhat know your way around Rigs Of Rods to start with.
