  1. All of your opinions are definitely good ideas on how to keep this site alive. The kids who are spamming "give me this now" and "when will this be released" are driving our content creators to the brink. I don't think an age ban will work because it is just that easy to fake your age in the sign up page, and lie to the people who ask. I've seen it done. Also, a lot of people who make content or starting to make content are under the age of 16 (like myself). The password on SYP is the best idea I've seen so far, but the only question I have is that even if you make content, how will you be able to prove you're worthy of access? I appreciate the content that gets posted here and can wait for the creators to post new stuff. Other people are different. Banning to some people on this site should definitely be a work in progress idea. They repeatedly brush off warnings and such and continually break the rules and, really, piss off the content creators that spend hours out of their day, days out of their week, to give us nice things on this site. What they don't understand is that it's a privilege, not a right. This site has been my safe haven for the past month now, and to see it go down like this would be a crying shame, because it's so stupid that people's minds in the 21st century work like they're the king of everything and everyone and everything is served to them on a silver platter at the snap of their fingers. I'm definitely trying to start content creating, even if my stuff is bad, it's something. I'm trying to be one of the people that boosts the content up for the greater good. We need people to start doing it more to repel the community of beggars. SYP is about to make it to 50. If we can keep it alive for another 50 chapters, that would be great. It sounds unrealistic now but if we keep the site alive with new and aspiring creators then it's possible. Maybe after 50 we start getting passwords? I really have nothing more to say because everybody that's posted said what I've said better. Even if this thread is not to be read by many of the desperate beggars, it may get out to some, and the word will be spread. Maybe this thread will be this site's sinister savior.
  2. I have that one. The body is in great condition with no chips at all, besides the fact I've had to superglue it to the base twice.. The wheels and base not so much. The base has a slice where it connects to the chassis, so that's a bummer but it doesn't connect any less easier. The axle is pretty bent and I don't want to have a brute force spike and have it end up like my Undercoverz Grave Digger, with a broken wheel. Also, one of the wheels has that beige gunk or wear in it that most chromed wheels get after years of excessive use. I had the same thing happen to my 25th Digger(s). This one can actually fetch a fair price MOC, but loose, you can get it cheap, so if you wanna relive those old days, I'd go on eBay and find one loose. Since it's an error, you might be able to grab a decent resale value for it if you're interested. If it's in the box, you've struck gold. If it's loose, you might've at most struck bronze. I'm not even sure if this body design ran a real Monster Jam show though...
  3. I can definitely see where you're going with this. As much as I love syp, it could be for the better. People become too demanding and impatient when they start drooling over something cool they saw. Eventually when this generation of great content creators passes and the next one arises, there will be nothing different- just different people demanding. But at the same time I wanted to have the honor of hosting chapter 50. My first truck is currently undergoing prop placement testing and is confirmed to be released sometime tomorrow, approval not being counted.
  4. Looks cool! Can't wait to see it released!
  5. Thanks for the help, but I don't think I'll need any manual help. For my next truck I'll be doing it relatively similar to this truck, but with better looks and stuff and I'll be using your tire guide. Appreciate it!
  6. Thanks! Avenger said he'd help me out, but I'll keep this in mind for one of my next upcoming replicas that I'm gonna post.
  7. I've made a decent first truck so far! All I need to do is: Rearrange props Add a flag Recolor rims (to a purple shade) Replace tires with new (working on it, I'll edit it to tell how it went) Can anybody help me on the last two? Not sure if I can even do it at this point. Then I'll have a pretty decent first truck!
  8. Thanks! And thanks for dropping that follow, helps boost my motivation a bunch.
  9. Time Flys looks awesome! Can't wait!!
  10. Omfg you are so lucky. You've been to every WF since 6??? Dude I'd love to have a mom that works for FELD.
  11. It really doesn't matter to me in terms of size, I'm worried about easier manipulation. Thank you!
  12. Less than a month and already at almost 200 content count and 12 rep points. I tend to be very active on this forum since I'm surrounded by nice people who enjoy similar things I do, and I wanna get into this forum (posting, content creating, leagues, etc.).
  13. New shipment on the way soon of a 2000-2003 phase Grave Digger 1/64 truck. Super excited! In loose but nice condition. EDIT: Supposed to be here Saturday, hopefully it looks like it did in the pics! Any chips can easily be filled in with Sharpie though. XD
  14. Everyone knows it takes a longer time to modify zip folder contents than regular folder contents. Is it going to affect ANYTHING if I switch the zip over to a regular folder via extraction? Sorry if this question is extremely retarded.
  15. NONE! Absolutely none. My family was going to go to one in August 2012 or 2013, can't remember, but financial troubles got in the way YET AGAIN! It's really a shame because every time we try and do something fun the government goes YEET and screws us all over.
  16. I see where you're coming with it, especially if you witnessed what went on during the first MROR session. As long as you can act like you're actually 13 and not 11, then you're good. My only problem is that I asked a lot of stupid questions in MROR because it was my first session. I embarrassed myself, but I definitely acted somewhat mature enough for people to not get mad at me for something. They just seemed a little annoyed of my "lack of knowledge or experience."
  17. It's a derp way of saying like. Get with le tiems skereb.
  18. Omfg, I love it!!!! I agree with Hot Shoe, one version for a more accurate replica and one with rear steer for online. Either way, it looks phenomenal!
  19. I never said it was your fault. I said you drove him off the cliff, combined with everyone else. And it doesn't matter if you were talking to Edy, you said you were pissed he deleted it, and I said he most likely doesn't care that you're pissed because he deleted it. Your logic makes no sense.
  20. And I don't think he gives a damn if you're pissed :/ He was getting pestered constantly by little kids demanding it of him, so you set him to the breaking point.
  21. The regular version should've been Iron Outlaw. The Q-Torque version should've been Gold Outlaw or something else Gold oriented, because it's not iron anymore, it's gold. It's pretty asinine if you ask me.
  22. Wasn't expecting that many guesses, but Blaise got it right because of Grave Digger XX. I reward you with le cookie and rep point.
  23. The q-torque gold Iron Outlaw was a horrible look for it. I prefer the original over anything, but everyone has opinions.
  24. Long post incoming. I was introduced to them shortly after I was born. My parents would buy me Hot Wheels a lot, and eventually I got some Monster Trucks, some of which I still have today. I had a 1/43 Beast, 1/43 Jurassic Attack, 1/43 Grave Digger, 1/64 UnderCoverz Bounty Hunter, and 1/64 UnderCoverz Grave Digger, which was my dad's because he also liked Monster trucks. I still have every one of them except for the 1/43 Grave Digger, which was replaced. The Jurassic Attack body is broken in the connection to the chassis, and that's from rough use. The Beast is still in fairly good condition in terms of the body, but the paint is pretty much done. The Bounty Hunter is scratched on one side and I only have the body because the chassis and base are lost. I searched everywhere. The 1/64 Grave Digger was recently repaired using permanent marker for chips, but the wheel broke off with my brute force trying to bend the axles back into shape. My favorite truck became Grave Digger. I watched Monster Jam on Speed all the time with my dad when I was little, and had the souvenir DVDs (Circuit Champions and Tour Crushers) that I would watch over and over. I made a World Finals course for my then expanding collection of trucks made out of markers and crayons and raced. In 2007, I got the Monster Jam game for my PS2 and me and my dad played it all the time, beating it at least 4 times because of corruptions. I still have the game for Xbox and I'm working on 100% completion all-round, including achievements (100% on Normal, about 50% on Pro). I continued to watch Monster Jam, but my obsession was on and off between it and Transformers, usually lasting for months at a time. I also fell in love with the Green Ghost Digger and 25th Chrome Digger (like rockgod) because 1) I had a 1/24 scale green Digger from my Aunt which I still have in nice condition 2) I had at least 2 different versions of chrome Digger in 1/64 3) chrome is bae. Nuff said. I drifted away from monster trucks after Speed was taken off the air and FS1 took over and supremely f-cked up the schedule, as I couldn't see them anymore. I couldn't buy anymore trucks because the only stores around were two Wal Marts, who apparently have a severe addiction to Grave Digger. Toys r Us was recently demolished at that time. I had different obsessions and also drifted away from Transformers and got into different video game franchises, like Gran Turismo, Halo, and Resident Evil. Recently, after being on this site for a little, knowing there are people who love Monster Jam as much as I do and aren't afraid to show it, I got back into collecting MJ trucks, watching MJ, and collecting mods for RoR. I also have gotten back into Transformers with only 3 in my collection that aren't broken into unfixable pieces. Sad. Not sure about the future, but I'm in the process of obtaining a collection of all 4 Grave Digger 30th trucks for a low price, a collection worth more than $100. If you snipe my f-cking bid, I will hunt you down, rob you of your trucks, and kill you in your sleep. Love you! (I would sit in rage in my room for 3 hours and fall asleep, wake up with a hangover headache, and forget everything) End long post.
