  1. ARF arfman2010 Avenger Platinum - Season 2 Freestyle Champion
  2. We would have seen more updates already if Klayton wasn't a lazy ass, stanky ass, piece of poo. (Tharindu too)
  3. Will the events take 9 hours to complete?
  4. Was trying to keep this a secret, but you are all invited to 19 + 21 + 3 + 11 13 + 25 13 + 1 + 19 + 19 + 9 + 22 + 5 12 + 5 + 1 + 6 + 5 + 18
  5. I completely agree with this. There is absolutely no reason to limit the scoring the way they do. Although, I do think I tenth of a point is a bit extensive. I think 1-100, with 1/2 point increments would do the trick, but anyway of giving the judges more "space" sounds good to me. Also, increasing the amount of judges would definitely help to more accurately decide the winner. Mathematically, the more people's opinion you have (as long as they know something about what they're talking about) the better chance you have of getting making right decision. I would have 9 judges, throw out the 2 highest and the 2 lowest scores and get a total score out of 500. (If they were to do more judges then that, that would be even better)
  6. Honestly, I thought the judges sucked too. No... I haven't seen the runs, but I have seen the judges. So ugly. Monster Jam has got to get some better looking judges soon or I might stop watching.
  7. These jumps just look so steep and so short.... I'm skeptical. Maybe the trucks won't crash early, but that doesn't necessarily mean the freestyles will be exciting.
  8. This video is a lie. "we're going no where," umm....false. The league owner went some where last year... a place where to no one could get in touch with him. A place where only those who fail chemistry go. Grounded. How can you claim to be "going no where" when you've already left? despicable.
  9. That orange van stack really killed my vibe. I rate this a strong 0/5.
  10. I love a good debate haha. All I was trying to say in the last post was that the few hard core fans that exist, as few of us as there are, should have more patients with the drivers. We're the ones that know it's not a piece of cake. If people like the ones you mentioned (thinking Titan was completely rebuilt in one day) want to hold a grudge against a driver after 1 bad experience then they can go ahead and do that. Basically, I think people who know it can be rough should be more lenient, that's all. As for the other 99%, they can think whatever they want.
  11. Fair point, and there are definitely drivers out there who put a smile on their face ever single night (Anderson's, Tom, etc.). I just think, most of us on this forum know more than the average fan does about what goes on behind the scenes. Because of this, we also know that being a driver/crew guy is not all that easy and there are some very rough days (or weeks). So as pretty well educated fans I think we should be a little more lenient with a driver that has 1 bad day. A little more lenient than a fan who just thinks they show up crash the trucks and leave. (If you're a fan who thinks this then I think having a tainted few of a driver for 1 bad day is more understandable) Especially Dustin, who, as Danny even pointed out, put in more than his fair share of years as a crew guy. Plus, he was working on the truck that probably sustained the most total damage of any truck during that time.
  12. Goldberg leafer coming soon. Don't you worry.
  13. Tharindu, you ass, the demand for the "Massive Leafers Doing Massive Backflips" Stadium is higher than it has ever been. Get it done.
  14. I don't how everyone else feels about this, but I see complaints like this a lot about various drivers. Most of the time I have met the drivers that are being complained about and I personally have had a good experience meeting them. My feeling is, you don't know what's happened in their real life that day. You don't know how much work they had to put in the night before (or even that morning) on the truck. You don't know whether the kid three spots in front of you on line kicked him in the nuts when they were picked up to take a picture. I know you could bring up the argument "I paid money so it shouldn't matter," but keep in mind, they're human. As much as it would be nice for them to act like a robot, that's not going to happen. If this happens 2 or 3 times, then I could see having a tainted view of the driver. But I think they should get at least 1 pass. I'm really curious if I'm the only one with this mind set, am I?
  15. Straight up garbage Devin, the zero is not even close to as big as it is on the real truck. It should almost completely cover the flames: What has this site come to that you can pass that off as a replica? pure poo
  16. Are you embarrassed that you didn't think to post that Danny? Because you should be.
  17. Grave Digger with a plain black top, what kind of witchcraft is this?
  18. Tharindu, after seeing your last few releases I thought you were stuck in a rut. However, after a rather bumpy period you seem to have really found your groove. It's pretty clear you're king of the hill now. I like the ruts/bumps/grooves/hills bro.
  19. Gotta love the commercial that starts at 5:32 and lasts about half the freestyle. Oh...and while I have you reading this why don't you link over to MonsterJam.com and check out some of the great merchandise they have there.
  20. Answer to Q1: If you have to resort to asking this general of a question about how to run a league, then you probably shouldn't run one (yet). My advice to you is to join a couple of the leagues that are currently being run on this site. You can get an idea of how to run your own league by watching how others do it. After a season (or two) of participating in other leagues I think, for the most part, you'll be able to answer this question for your self. Then if you have specific questions that you'd like input on, (such as how many events there should be, or whatever) you can post a thread like this and ask those questions. You'll receive much better responses, I'm sure. Answer to Q2: The league name is not that big of a deal. If you don't have the creativity to think of a name i don't know how you could possibly run an interesting and fun league lol. General Advice: Don't try to be a leader just yet, hang back and be a follower until you get a good idea of how things work around here. Also, be aware that it is not easy to run a league. The members on this site that currently run their own leagues dedicate a lot of time to make sure the league is successful. So if you don't have an abundance of free time, or If you're prone to being grounded I would not advise running your own league.
  21. This is the greatest custom I have ever seen. I've been watching the .gif in astonishment for 25 minutes.
  22. My one issue with this is it counts only events won by each driver, with no mention of how many hearts they've won.
